My husband and I are currently in the process of purchasing the William's Home new development in Oxnard - Shoreline 50. Cynthia has been terrific answering all of our questions as it is the first time buying in a new community development having recently relocated here from New York City. We've appreciated the transparency as we proceed with each phase and look forward to moving in later this year. Despite a seller's market, WH has committed to the original asking price, despite not having finalized the contract. It helped a lot and have appreciated the help along the way with the design center (Abbie). Thanks Cynthia and Amy for all your help!

This was our first time buying a new construction home and we felt very comfortable throughout the process with Williams Homes. Cynthia and Amy at the Sales Office were great to deal with during the 6 months or so it took from the time we signed the contract till we closed. They were always super friendly to deal with, never pushy, always quick to respond to texts or emails, and always made sure we were on track through each step. We also dealt with Andres leading up to the finished build as well as after we moved in with warranty issues. He was always very professional and courteous in addition to also always being timely with texts, emails, or phone calls. Some of our warranty fixes took much longer and multiple visits from the subcontractor to resolve (not at the fault of Williams) and Andres was always on top of it making sure the issue was fixed to our satisfaction. If we were ever in the market again we would not hesitate when looking at another Williams Homes community.

So far the home buying experience with Williams Homes has been amazing. We are in the process of purchasing a new home in the San Luis Ranch, Heirloom development and Donna Marie Crupi has been beyond helpful. I have had tons of questions and she always responds quickly to my emails with helpful information. She makes you feel like you are old friends and makes the home buying experience so pleasant. We are so excited to be purchasing our new home in San Luis Ranch.

From the moment we stepped into the sales office, we felt at home with this company. Cynthia and Amy were friendly and very helpful, answering all of our questions. The model at Rosewood sold us immediately. We were impressed with the quality and knew it would be perfect for our needs. As building began everyone we met on the job site was super friendly and helpful. It was fun to watch our home being built. I have the privilege of working with Donna Marie Crupi. She is so informative and always answers my (many) questions. She always responds to emails promptly. Ever since our first interactions she has been forthcoming with important information and has provided me with great resources to gain additional understanding and information. I feel very fortunate to be able to work with her!

I started communicating with Ms. Shawn-Marie since the end of January, at that time she was brand new to the company. But I never felt that was the case! I am a real estate agent and I had clients looking in a certain price range, so I took them around to look at a few different builders. Right from the start, she answered all of our questions clearly, and always in a timely manner- she would even respond to me on her days off - a HUGE plus! In this ridiculously competitive market, it was nice to be able to walk into a builder's sales office and actually get to speak with the Sales reps, instead of them just rushing us out so they can tend to other potential clients. Shawn Marie treated us as priority, even though a bunch of people were walking in and out. Since that time, she has been very responsive to our inquiries and really went above and beyond to help my clients find and build their dream home. Shawn-Marie was extremely patient with us and is so nice and pleasant to work with - my clients love her too, which makes me look good! I cannot say enough positive things about Shawn-Marie, and the ways in which she helped me and my clients find their dream home. She is simply the best!

Recently bought a home in the Rosewood Community. The sales people Amy and Cynthia were very helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service! When the house was finished, Williams Homes gave us a little housewarming gift which we really appreciated. The house has been great so far. We love the design and really enjoy living here. It's a small community and feels safe. We even have our own hiking trail! If there are any issues, there's a website where you can submit a repair request. Andres is very responsive and will take it care of right away. Highly recommend buying a home from them!

Adriana G. of Williams homes is as personable and caring home product specialist as one can get . I consulted with Adriana on purchase of a Williams home and was impressed with her expertise and willingness to " get into it " with me and assess the best floor plan, lighting , noise level etc .in a home and whatever we thought that could possibly impact the comfort and functionality of the home for my family. I was so appreciative and thankful of her efforts and in the end did end up buying a Williams home ! Super job Adriana and thank you.

Alan and Stephen helped us with our first home. it is for the Hadley Trails in Whittier. The Community is very nice. The moment we walked into the community and in the condo- we feel in love with it. Alan and Stephen were the ones who helped us from the start. They very friendly, they are responsive to calls, emails and questions. They made the process simple and easy breezy. Glad we were able to catch this condo. almost sold out at the time! again, thanks Alan and Stephen for being wonderful in what do guys do. We appreciate both of you.
