Scheduled two weeks in advance and closed shop early to the tune of a $600 loss for carpet cleaning by WBM. Was informed at 5 pm, when I called to confirm prior to moving all equipment, that the crew was too busy and wouldn t make it. Unacceptable.

Terrible company. That clean for the building I work in and are awful. The crew also helps themsrthem to whatever they want to eat on or in your desk. The bathrooms don't get cleaned unless we complain. Not sure why they are kept on as the service. Had stuff also taken off my desk...find another ser...
