West Point Laundry

We have been going here for over a year but recently started to drop our clothes off for them to clean. Very nice man and lady to take our orders in. The facility is always clean, the prices are reasonable and they are reliable. Quite pleased.

When I pointed out that there was a problem with the washer draining the detergent to actually wash the clothes the owner went off on me. Yelling at me and telling me not to come in here and complain. Since I has to use a different washer to rewash my clothes i asked for a refund for the original price, he then yelled at me again and told me not to come back. This is the first time I've ever had an issue and I've been coming here for years on a weekly basis but after that I'm definitely not returning even if he hadn't banned me.

Prices are a bit too high but it's clean and the people running it are really nice

Great machines. Ok prices. Plenty of space for the amount of people there on average.

Clean laundromat. Had breakfast at Andy's and did laundry at the same time. Happy with the experience.

Decent locale (plenty of machines) - rude woman who makes her own hours works here.... That is a no go.
