Horrible company. Horrible products. Customer service doesn't exist. Today was the last straw. Had to visit their office because they couldn't fill our order through Long Horn. We ordered it over two weeks ago. Got the product and it was broken. They were not apologetic. This company is going down hill fast.

They do not sell parts here. Receptionist was friendly. Just keep in mind you can only get parts through distributors, which I attached a photo to this review of their list that was in the lobby. I'll go ahead and give them 4 stars.

Unit went bad but possible lightening issue, good customer service support, they called and discussed how it may not be the unit but a solenoid in the ground. Will test per their instructions.

Worst interview in my life . I threw away their number I was so unimpressed . Steer clear if thinking of applying, seemed very unorganized as I interviewed with 5 people and had to re explain myself each time for almost 2 hours. Owner needs to lay off eating snacks during my interview, very unprofessional and disgusting. Hope they figure it out, a much needed overhaul is due here.
