Big fraud.. The gold and diamond given by bluestone is not acceptable by other jewelers because of the quality,
Even blue stone chargers extra when you go to exchange a month old jewel bought from them.

I bought an earring 1 year back want to exchange it as the quality is very poor. But tried contacting them through mail n over the phone but not responding. Very bad customer service. Not worth buying.

I had ordered a ear-ring online and even after their 3 weeks delivery date, there is no intimation of the status of the order. The customer service is really bad, I will never buy anything. No response from their customer care no and no response to the number of mails I had sent.

Worst inteview experience ever. The interview was just asking some to be crammed concepts not even understanding my solutions to the coding problems given to me.

I have beein trying to get hold of customer for a buyback and replacement, they seem to be worst.. i was kept on hold for 30 mins and then call got disconnected. To send me the estimate itself they took 4-5 days. I replied and its been 3 days i dont hear back from them, when buying they tell we have replacement, buyback and all that but now they are least bothered about customers. very bad attitude
