The girl at the front desk to the right is extremely rude! She doesn't make eye contact and she's very short and snippy! She's not personable and the either need to get rid of her or send her to some kind of training that will change her greeting skills! People come there because they are in need and she is not welcoming at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

We would happily recommend Warren Village to any family or friend looking for high-quality childcare! Our daughter attended Warren Village from when she was 3 months to 6 months old - we only left because a spot opened up in our older son's daycare and we couldn't pass up the opportunity to have them together.

We have experience with other daycares and Warren Village really stood for great communication (administration and the teachers) and making us feel welcome. Everyone there seems so happy and competent in their work - from the folks at the front desk to all the teachers in our daughter's classroom.

We are sad to leave Warren Village but are happy to have had the experience.
This is truly a gem for infant childcare in central Denver! (And they are not nearly as expensive as many of the childcare providers in central Denver!)

So I just left Warren Village from an appeal meeting and was met with disappointing representation from them. I did everything in my power to apply for the program. Here are their reasons why I was denied... 1. I declined mental health treatment for when I was molested when I was 8, over 21 years ago..it's irrealevant. 2. I wasn't in an activity with 40 hours or more yet the program states I have to be in a program within 90 days of moving in, not now. 3. My criminal background, which is the 1st step to passing to the next step which I did by attending their orientation. Now u tell me, do you think it was fair for me to be denied of this program that I showed great interest and wanted to be apart of???? I believe I showed that by going all the way into the appeal process of. Oh and as I was leaving stating that I had arrived over 30 minutes early because I was told if I was 10 minutes late they wouldn't meet with me. Yet they called me 15 minutes late. They must have been imtimated by a 7month pregnant woman who restated their own policy because they announced as I left they would call the cops if I returned. Wow, she went over board. Thank you Warren Village for giving me a threat and the hope of not helping me.
P.S. Your front desk lady and another lady I had a casual conversation with was great help. In no regards is this meant to impact those two ladies or the client's that they are helping. I know this is a great program and would have loved to be apart of it, yet I did not meet their qualifications. Thanks again.

This place is incredible. The only thing that is terrible is their front desk clerk, Megan. She is INCREDIBLY rude, does not make eye contact and is the exact opposite of a warm welcome. When you go in to fill out an application, she will be rude, not make eye contact and treat you as if you are an annoyance. The only time she isnt rude or snotty is when you are a resident and have your kid around. Someone who is the first point of contact needs to be WELCOMING, HAPPY AND ENTHUSIASTIC, most women come in there to apply having absolutely nothing, the last thing they need is to walk in and be treated like scum by the most unprofessional receptionist of all time. She needs lessons on how to conduct herself appropriately. This is something often talked about by residents "Oh megan? she was rude as hell to me when I applied" "Yeah Megan is always bitchy and never smiles" "Yeah I cant stand Megan, how does she even have a job?"

EITHER FIX THIS or replace her with someone more qualified to work the front of a business as the first point of contact. She is awful. I have worked as a secretary many times and I would never act the way she does.
