Do NOT order from this company!! While the price is inexpensive, they will leave you hanging if you experience any problems! Our inverter fried about a month ago and they STILL have not sent us the shipping label to send it to the manufacturer to have them check it. We are about to pay the $400 or so just to ship it ourselves because they have been so unhelpful. We ve tried several times to just talk to the manufacturer and deal straight with the manufacturer, but the selling company had to be the one to write up an RMA and ship it. We even told this company that we live aboard our ship which needs this for the power, and it s like they started being even less helpful. DON T USE THEM UNLESS YOU EXPECT TO NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You have to watch out about them loading overweight. But they corrected the issue pretty quickly once we came back

We purchased multiple Vtaps from Collin at Vorp to run IP cameras and a radio off of power from a light pole. The products showed up on time, were as described, and worked properly to the specs we provided for our deployment. We are currently putting together our next order as the fist was a success. Their product was a great solution to deploying cameras where we were outside the limitations of a hardwired installation.

Great Experience so far with this company. Customer service and communication are top notch, all my concerns and questions have been answered. There Solar solutions and products are great quality at a great price. I have many large projects in the works and will be utilizing Vorps products and expertise.
