i very happy worked with UTS marketing solutions because relaxed, team very supportive and fun worked this company. i just call and promote product to customer. when i close sales i can get extra income. Overall UTS has been a good company to those fresh graduate to gain experience.

I've loved working here and find it to be a great place to work! I think the management is strong and has a great vision for the company. I have always been supported in my career goals.

For who those looking job in telemarketing, I really recommended .. They preferred bahasa melayu, provide proper and complete training, good place to learn new knowledge.

Good working environment, there are a lot of motivation program. If hit the kpi will get different rewards like watch, coffee maker, blender etc. Its fun and motivating!

working for 3 months ++, quite ok.....not as bad as what they said

I would rate this company 1 out of 10. During interview, they said the working hours is from 9 to 6 which is very friendly. Then after graduated to call floor after a week of training, the working hours 9-7pm. Which 1 HOUR OT but they only paid only if you got the sales. Also, the HR was not responsive at all. During interview they said to be assigned at Maybank but some was assigned to BSN, CIMB and others campaign. The whole company was not transparent to their staff. Compulsory 2 times working on saturday every months. They only will pay your commision 100% only if you hit 18k target clean. Thank you
