I hired Vital to revamp my website and would hire them again without hesitation. They are a top end design, marketing , consultation and branding company. Its been several years since our website was created and I get comments weekly from clients on how impressed they were after visiting our site. Our website is a reflection on our business and focus to communicate clearly - thank you Vital for your efforts!
I can tell they hire under-qualified, poorly motivated staff. Their website is difficult to navigate, distracting and roll-over sensitive. They also take forever to respond to emails and phone calls. Whenever I've contacted them, the people I want to get in touch with are somehow not available.
We have certainly taken a major step forward in all aspects of our website, marketing, providing valuable information and resources and our industry presence since we partnered with Vital Design. Very pleased we partnered with them, only regret is that we did not do it earlier.
