Villa Lounge

They're supposed to be a restaurant/cocktail bar, with no seats for the general public. All tables/booths were reserved. Guess you're expected to spend hundreds of dollars just to get a $20 meal, or stand up and eat a plate of food.
Paid $20 for parking, walked in the place and back out and the attendant didn't even offer to give a partial refund. Based on the Instagram page, it looked like a really cool place to visit.....talk about false advertising. Very disappointing.

Advertised a event for Fat Tuesday with free crawfish, gumbo and $5 drink specials from 4-6pm. Upon entering the establishment , the staff was also entering as customers were beginning to arrive. Waitress was unaware of the advertising the lounge publicized. Wait staff was slow, dirty rice was dry and hard. They did not have gumbo as advertised, crawfish was not ready until 5:45 and it s 6:15 and I m still waiting on my hand grenade. Management and staff are not all on one accord !!

So much fun. Got VIP section with my boyfriend since his friend performed!

Place had a good Atmosphere. Food was luke warm and service was not so good. Food took extremely long. Waiter didn't come bck to fill drinks or ask if everything was ok. Won't be bck. Cornbread was really good though

Went to 945 kitchen and lounge. We were there for Halloween costume contest which they never acknowledge. Drinks were overpriced. There no cover. DJ was good. We ordered food but it never came. The hookah was nice but our charcoal kept burning too quick. Ambiance was ok. Seemed like they catered to bottle tables more than anything else. And no dress code. We had a great time. Made the best out circumstances

Got the owner via a number provided by google.
The owner provided me with a phone number to place an order. I called, no answer but I got a text message. I was willing to drive and order at the establishment but I went ahead and placed the order via text and drove from Irving to Addison and yup you guessed it NO ONE had my order BUT none of them checked anyone s phone. Just said we didn t receive the order. Even said I may have text the owner and he didn t send it to them. I let them know he provided me the number to call. I didn t wait for a turkey leg because I was completely turned off and left.

Nice chill spot with good music and decent food. Giving them 3 stars because I purchased the silver package from Eventbrite that said it included a VIP table and a bottle of champagne. When we got there, we were seated in a small regular table and they said we needed to pay $50 more for the champagne. I m not sure if it s a communication error with Eventbrite, but they should get the false advertisement corrected. Other than that it was cool. May go back in the future since wifey had a good time.
