Very impressed with the company right from the get go. Getting the package together to giving me a tracking number was a bit slow but they had just had a big Korean holiday, but once I heard back and got the tracking number it shipped very quickly. The quality of packaging was secure and professional. I thought I was missing a piece and they sent a pic of the item so I knew right what to look for and their responses are always very courteous. Can't wait to purchase from them again.

I ordered over a month ago and have not received my order. I got a dhl tracker that never moved. When I reached out I received a nice email stating that they were out of something and that they would send it that week....still nothing and no more responses to my emails. I would not buy from them. Just keeping my money with no refund or product.

I love the product but its been over a Month and its very hard to get a response from you guys, My order was not delivered because of customs isue, I get that. but why do I have to wait over 3 weeks just to get credit for my order,
And still until this day I don't have anything resolved. SMH
Please fix this issue I love the products and just want my product ASAP

No update with my shipment since 2 weeks...I wish I could get full refund and already changed to another company.

I ordered 6 days ago and no any update with my shipping. DHL company replied me with PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN HANDED PHYSICALLY TO DHL YET
Because I m running the business and just started well so far so good.
Normally I am regular customer and this is fifth time. Probably no longer.

Have been a regular buyer from here until the 28th June. Natalya, my 'Account Manager" made an error on my order, no problems we got that sorted. Package arrives and its missing a product. Emailed within minutes of opening the parcel.. no reply.. emailed again 4 days later... still no reply... final email sent 1 week later and still no reply. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently placed an order and I m very happy with their service as a whole! Their customer service is excellent, communication is excellent, the shipping rate is absolutely phenomenal! I ordered on Wednesday morning and received my (Large) package by Friday morning. It only took about 2.5 days from S. Korea to the United States. They have authentic beauty tools (plasma lens, beauty monster, hyaluron pens, etc) and a lot of serums, fillers, etc. I m def excited to try out the things I ordered. Highly recommend & very happy with my overall experience w them. :)

Ive ordered once and got ny items pretty quick.i messed up my password somehow & cant seem to get back into my account to place a order.Theyve sent me pw's but when i go to put it it wont take it.rhis is very upsetting i couldve had my new order placed and recieved by now.gonna try 1 more time if i cant get into my account ill go somewhere else to get my items i guess.I have nothing but good things to say about this company though.
