Vepa Bins

I needed a new hinge for my bin after a couple of emails to Simplehuman they forwarded my email to Vepa Bins. I received and email from Dominique, she send me a new set of hinges for free with a little paper with directions how to change the hinge. This was not easy but it worked out fine!

I give 5 stars because Vepa Bins has a TOP service. Product returned but was not delivered by DPD delivery company and therefore not received by Vepa Bins. I received no confirmation from DPD parcelshop. I would receive an email later. Unfortunately that never happened (not even in spam folder). To my pleasant surprise, Vepa Bins will (un) simply credit the amount. I think I am very neat. Thank you Marion from Vepa Bins for the great service and trust.

I bought a large pedal bin in the kitchen a few years ago
Cook and go, now there is a damper in it to close the lid slowly, this damper was leaking and did not work anymore. I sent them as a manufacturer an email with the problem and a few days later I just sent a new one for free! top service so.
