I don't know about the quality of service. I just want to mention that this store isn't open 24/7 as it claims here. Went all the way there for nothing.

If I could put zero stars I would have done so. I had to receive my delivery for an event, order paid and validated 2 days from D-day, nothing is delivered rather nothing is done. We just tell me we will reimburse you or rather impractical solutions to put you in more trouble because they know that it is of the order of the impossible. I strongly and strongly recommend that you do not have any solution. I went to ecoreb Beaubourg to do everything the same day and pay for everything urgently.

The after-sales service was very responsive following a manufacturing defect and sent us a new compliant order! I recommend 100% .... Customer satisfaction is essential to build customer loyalty .... And they understand it! We will therefore order from them again without any problem.

Several orders already made at home and no problem. I made a mistake in the choice of the format during my last order, I contacted customer service by email and they were very responsive and understandable to my request. So they all simply canceled my order in error and my refunded in 48 hours, after which I re-ordered a new order, in the correct format this time.

Very intuitive site, fast delivery, very effective!

Extremely disappointed by the service, received order with defects on absolutely all flyers.
They agreed to replace the order however NO commercial gesture offered (despite our requests). We received the order 3 months after the initial passage of the order, which is unacceptable.
Yet we have other orders to place, we will find a new printer.

Nice service and great sales service!
I ordered tri fold flyers and am satisfied with the print quality and support. There was a logistical error but Veoprint chose to relaunch a print with DHL shipping so I could meet a commitment. In the end I received the reprint urgently and the packages re-shipped. Hats off to the sales department for their responsiveness and gesture.

In response to VEOPRINT the first two orders were never received at home, it is mocked me on the phone, the customer service claimed that I was not the day the deliveries took place, I specify that we are a company with 10 people every day in the offices. You say that the address I have given is not good, but it is correct, and I have received previous orders from you. Nobody moved the little fingers I had to fight with the carrier. The least thing was to remake as I did not receive my order. they did not accept a remanufactured emergency and made no commercial gesture, not even excuses. The 3rd order when she, I let you enjoy the photos of documents received. I specify that I am not a company of PIZZA. YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER AT HOME. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received my order with defects that I pointed out and I was taken for a walk. NULL Customer Service. VEOPRINT it's over you have lost a customer.

Nothing to report. Responsive support. Compliant and on time delivery.

A command service that is for absent subscribers, does not respond to emails even if they come from a big client (!)

Very disappointed after 7 years of orders on this site without any concern.
Order placed on December 20 Bat received on December 31 !! shipment on 3/01 never received on 21 January after several reminders from the carrier and veoprint. Small complaint after all logical for a document that we expected in early January. No apologies - just a little not even complete for a product that we will never have !!!! In short it is better not to have problems with VEOPRINT ELSE TANT PIS FOR YOU ...... to the pleasure gentlemen, I will take care of your advertising! I don t like to post negative comments but at least have the courage to accept your mistakes.
