- 3 missing drawers
- led button broken during assembly
- hood tube broken during assembly
- corner not as per project

GET OFF FOR MORE THAN A MONTH
They go back to life in early September, only then do they rearrange the broken and / or missing pieces. They don't know how to give me a date for the return.
SEPTEMBER 24th
Finally I receive the call, OK you can mount it as soon as possible.

The pieces are not there. It takes at least another 30 days.

Ms. Danila of Mobilificio Fontana di Rozzano writes to me at 6 pm (before closing, so that she can no longer search for it until Monday November 4th, saying that even in the first week of October there is availability.

After more than 5 MONTHS after the order, I still have the mountain kitchen in half. This is causing many problems as the apartment cannot be taken care of.
Really no scandal, unfortunately Veneta charges everything in advance for a quality and a seriousness that does not exist, the customers just have to stay at their games. If I went back I would rely on more serious suppliers.

Professionalism and availability have distinguished my experience in the Padua store with an appropriate proposal. A great brand is noted above all by these little big things.

the kitchen itself is beautifully vanished after assembly, ruined by workers out of the trade "battered" to make their arms fall to the ground panels with holes everywhere because the anchors were certainly wrong, the wrong kitchen top was gas and to adapt it to that induction they cut it with the flex, in short, the dealers have to choose them more carefully, and that is why I ASK YOU FOR AN INDEMNITY YOU DO AS MUCH, it is not worth buying expensive kitchens, when the results are these. I bought their own kitchen at the store in Rozzano (Milan).
To avoid. Payment 1 week before delivery (crafty), bad assembly, LED burned after not even 1 day with fire risk, doors rubbing on built-in appliances, glass panel mounted wrong and a series of errors that you would not expect from a company such. Bad after-sales service, I have been waiting for 2 months to fix up the mess they made but for now no answer, just my phone calls and their broken promises.

As already reported, Customer Service is not responding. I received a lacquered Oyster with numerous flaws in the lacquer, a non-functioning LED after 3 weeks. I will definitely choose another company for the second kitchen

from 3/3/2020 I am waiting for the mechanisms of the wall units and the dish drainer to replace me despite various reminders

kitchen top paid handsomely, stained with a simple cup of coffee placed before being washed, stain never removed after only 5 months of life !! I was contacted 12 times by NuoveArredo, who initially told me that they would send specific products then disappeared then the note that there are no products sent by Veneto and then that they would replace it, then you have to keep it like this and not put anything that could stain!
The kitchen top that's made especially for kitchen work? never again..
not to mention the drawers with discolored throat after only 6 months of use, which still need to be replaced after 1 year and 5 months!
