Velocity IQ

I am a business owner and needed help setting up some new equipment. Velocity IQ did a great job and was very easy to work with. The transition to our new equipment was virtually seamless.

Velocity IQ came out and installed a new phone system at the RCS Food Bank. The installer was friendly and answered our questions. He offered to get the answer for the questions he did not have information on and return to review with our staff.

We had a wifi system installed for our RV park property and are very happy with the whole experience. The system works great, guests are happy, and the entire team was professional and friendly.

Velocity IQ has provided our company's IT support for almost four years. The techs have been knowledgeable with very good response time and the support desk is always prompt and very friendly. They have very competitive pricing on hardware. Overall, Velocity is a great to work with and has taken the stress and worry out of our IT needs.

I run an apartment community and needed to put resident friendly guidelines on all computers - they helped me understand the needs, streamlined the process and then remotely fixed everything in a few hours.

This past week... my computer was dying... turns out that my hard drive was about to stop. They replaced my hard drive (cheaper than I imagined) and came to my office within 15 minutes of the approval for the work - they then cloned all my work so I didn't loose anything. I got a much needed break and now I have a fast operating computer with a great team as my backup.

As far as how they treat employees I was very pleased. This work is not for everyone and they understood that I lacked a few specialties that were necessary to move on but they were very patient. They were also very understanding that I was not ready to move forward with them. They have great staff and since I was hands on I know for a fact that they go above and beyond for their customers. They are very good at what they do. They make sure that everything's up to par before moving forward and are more than happy to send infrastructure to make sure that anything is fixed that goes wrong.
