Spectacular contemporary fireplace (Linear L1 series) which has become the favorite feature of our condominium and is marveled by all. We have also experienced exceptional customer support from Valor, both over the phone and via their "chat" system. We have needed little customer support over the years, but when we have, they have been prompt, courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful. In a recent encounter, they went above and beyond expectations to rectify a minor issue we were having. I would not hesitate to purchase a valor fireplace again, nor to have it installed and serviced by Anderson Fireplace, our installer.

Fantastic Product and a great company all around!!!!

Unfortunately I own a G3 that came with the house. The remote has to live on a chair 2 feet from the fireplace to not lose connection with the sensor. Several service calls replacing the noisy fan and attempts to adjust the sensor but still a failure. I would never recommend this. Two year lifespan and two more years of being a money pit.

A fantastic manufacturer of quality, efficient fireplaces that use radiant heat to ensure a beautiful home experience! My parents bought an H4 Series and were amazed with the design of the fireplace, as well as the warmth it puts out into the living room.

Purchased a Valor H6 fireplace 2 years ago for our retirement home. One dealer told us to stay away from Valor because they are known for terrible customer service. We didn't listen, we LOVE the fireplace, the selling feature for us was the fact that we don't need power to run it. We have a lot of power outages during the winter. The fireplace was sooting up and we called to have it checked. The burner was cracked, no problem, it was replaced. This spring we arranged for our annual cleaning in July. We mentioned that the finish on the trim was flaking off & we saw soot again. The service man brought a new trim kit with him. It was damaged when he took it out of the box. When he went to disassemble the firebox to clean it, he discovered that the burner was cracked, again. We have been waiting since July for a new burner. Apparently there was a flaw in the original ones and Valor is redesigning a new system. We are now in September, the temperature dips to just above freezing and we can't use our fireplace. Live chatted with Valor this morning, I was told that as soon as they have a burner manufactured, they will be shipped. Well, that may be next year, they won't give me a time frame. I'm so sorry we purchased this. Including the stone work and installation, we have just about $10,000.00 in this fireplace and we can't even be warm. Should have listened to the dealer that said "stay away from Valor". If Valor does decide to give this customer some service I will update this post.

Valor provides innovative, energy-efficient propane and natural gas fireplaces, inserts, and stoves throughout Canada and the United States.
Valor Fireplaces is a leading provider of innovative, energy-efficient propane and natural gas fireplaces, inserts, and stoves throughout Canada and the United States. The company has been in business for over 40 years and has built a reputation for quality products that are both stylish and functional.
One of the things that sets Valor Fireplaces apart from its competitors is its commitment to innovation. The company is constantly researching new technologies and materials to improve the performance of its products. This dedication to innovation has led to some impressive advancements in fireplace technology, including the introduction of radiant heat technology.
Radiant heat technology is a game-changer when it comes to heating your home. Unlike traditional forced-air systems that blow hot air into your living space, radiant heat warms objects directly. This means that you can enjoy a more comfortable living environment with fewer drafts and cold spots.
Another key feature of Valor Fireplaces' products is their energy efficiency. All Valor fireplaces are designed with efficiency in mind, using advanced combustion systems that maximize fuel utilization while minimizing emissions. This not only helps you save money on your heating bills but also reduces your carbon footprint.
In addition to their commitment to innovation and energy efficiency, Valor Fireplaces also places a strong emphasis on style. Their products are available in a wide range of styles, from traditional to contemporary, so you're sure to find something that fits your home's decor.
One popular option among homeowners is the gas fireplace insert. These inserts fit into existing masonry fireplaces or pre-fabricated metal fireboxes and provide an easy way to upgrade an old or inefficient fireplace without having to do major renovations.
Valor Fireplaces' gas fireplace inserts come in several different sizes and styles so you can choose one that fits your needs perfectly. They also offer several different control options including remote controls so you can adjust the flame height without having to get up from your seat!
If you're looking for something even more efficient than a gas fireplace insert, consider one of Valor's direct vent gas stoves or zero-clearance gas fireplaces. These units are designed specifically for new construction or renovation projects where there isn't an existing chimney or flue system.
Direct vent gas stoves use outside air for combustion which means they don't require any additional ventilation beyond what's already required by building codes! Zero-clearance gas fireplaces have insulated walls which allow them be installed directly against combustible materials like wood framing without requiring any additional clearance space!
No matter what type of product you choose from Valor Fireplaces' extensive lineup, rest assured knowing it will be backed by exceptional customer service! The company offers comprehensive warranties on all their products as well as technical support should anything go wrong during installation or operation!
In conclusion, if you're looking for an innovative yet stylish way to heat your home this winter season look no further than Valor Fireplaces! With over 40 years experience designing high-quality propane/natural-gas fueled appliances throughout Canada & USA - they've got everything covered when it comes down providing top-notch comfort solutions at affordable prices!
