Very bad customer service and responds.. phone calls are never answered and when you try to take up the issue to commissioner... He will ask his staff to send us out from his door only... I don't understand on what basis Gov calls them gov sarvant...

I received very bad experience with this office..
Government proudly saying that if we do transfer settlement through online it will be done in 2 to 15 days.but I raised in may and till now my pf is not transferred and this office officials are unreachable always .

The worst place and service of government where we can experince...I don't know what's wrong with the people who work there..no 1 responds for call and email...once we reach the office in bomsandra also we wont get any proper response...totally worst they are not even bothered about why people apply...

I applied for pf advance on 31st August'18, it take approval on 12th sep'18.. Again those people take lot of time to scroll... Now showing claim settled from last 5days.. tolli didn't get my money... And customer care worst response.. no one recive calls... Every time itsi busy, sometimes it's wrang...
