Urban Leopard houses one of the best myotherapists I have had the privilege to meet. Jordan is a consummate professional who has been able to assist me with functional issues I have had for a long time that other professionals were unable to assist.

Have been seeing Noni since July this year. It has been a true improvement to my shoulder and my year. Noni had a lot of knowledge and is very effective at deep tissue massage and needling that provides almost instantaneous relief.

I initially contacted Urban Leopard via email to see if they could just get to my pain problem and help alleviate it rather than spend 30min asking m questions and only 5min hands on which is what happened with other massage therapists and physios. Moyan emailed me back personally and understood my pain from the start and booked me in with Jordan. I ve been going to Jordan on and off over the past year and a half and she s is the best!
Initially, my pecs and arms were sore from breastfeeding and jordan helped relive that build up tight muscles there and more recently belong with my middle back and shoulders to assist in my weight training for greater mobility.

Jess at Urban leopard has been amazing with a series of treatments and exercises and now classes to build supporting muscles and make sure that my body doesn t just recreate the same problems again. I was so impressed with Noni's skillful management of a range of issues that I followed her to Urban Leopard, even though I now drive quite a way instead of walk. Noni's treatment always brings relief, but her analysis of problems and advice take her standard of care to the highest level. And she is warm and interesting to chat too as well.
