I purchased a new Traton home last month, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were professional and responsive, and Traton had an excellent array of design choices available as standard. Now that I'm living in my new house, I'm so pleased with my purchase, and any minor fixes have continued to be addressed as a part of their excellent warranty program. Glad to have chosen this builder!

Was ready to give 5 stars until I found out the VP refused to take responsibility for the company's mistake. When a person pays cash for a home and for upgrades well in advance of 3 months of a closing, it's to have certain things in place at said closing. It's one thing to have delays because of the pandemic. It's another when it's because of an employee's neglect. A professional company that wishes to keep a stellar reputation will do something to apologize and address the oversight not simply say that "it's getting done". The work order was recorded at the closing walk-through because we inquired since it was not completed a week prior as initially stated. The homes are lovely, yes. It's not about the error; that's human. It's the way it was handled that's disgusting. We'll be inconvenienced for the next 4 weeks as a result. I lost respect for Traton Homes.

I bought my first home and closed early February. The whole experience with Traton was great. Therese was wonderful throughout the whole processes and answered my many questions in a timely fashion. Madison helped me with all the upgrades and even helped me change a few things later on when I changed my mind. The builder was wonderful and made sure that everything was perfect when I had to move in, even noticed things I had not seen. Considering my place was being build during the pandemic, through the holidays there was no delays. The house was even completed before the date they gave me. Would highly recommend Traton!

I would be very hesitant about buying a Traton Home. The finishes are sub-par, the suggested products do not hold up and are not warrantied. You get the run around and everything is a hassle. I will tell you the sales staff (April & Earl), design center (Angi) and warranty contact (Dena) are very pleasant and great to work with. However, Traton otherwise are not responsible for the product and it is not worth the money you spend on the home. They rush through the build and you are left picking up the pieces. I have seen apartments with better finishes and quality than what I purchased. I will never buy a home from them again and urge anyone to look around before buying.

I bought my first townhome in December of 2020. I bought from Traton Homes and it was a wonderful experience! They made the home buying experience easy and stress free :). They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

I closed on my first home (townhome) with Traton last month and I couldn t be happier. From start to finish my experience was great! The moment I went to view the model home, I knew Traton was the builder that I wanted to go with. Dawn was the agent on site and she was so warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about everything. Once I went under contract, the process was seamless and I was always in the loop about everything. When I went to the design center Madison was my consultant and I would highly recommend using her. She was patient and made sure that I made top choices. My builder Matt was also so helpful and very responsive! Overall I m so pleased with the outcome. I ve always heard about the nightmares of building a home but I honestly didn t have that experience at all. Even now that I ve closed on my home I ve received welcome emails and the sales agent and builder has checked on me. That makes me feel great to know that even though I m done they still want to make sure I am happy and I love my home. I d highly recommend Traton and I hope to build with them again with my next home!

We recently closed on our townhome, and we love it! We a had a good experience with everyone that we interacted with at Traton, and are happy with the quality of our home. I appreciate how genuine our neighborhood sales rep and our builder were in helping us close on time and find solutions to problems. I would recommend Traton Homes!

Traton Homes provided excellent construction on my new townhome. They were very attentive to my questions and concerns. The builder reacted to my request without hesitation. The quality of my home is very nice as much consideration was taken to ensure the buyer was satisfied with the final result. I would recommend anyone who is seeking to purchase a new home/townhome to consider Traton.

Traton was excellent to work with through the building process and produced a beautiful townhome I m now proud to call home. The builders, design center, Therese (the listing agent), and everyone else involved made the process seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend any of their communities.
