Highly unethical company. Worked with them for several years with no issues, but sold the business months ago. They continued to charge me for purchases of new owner even though new owner reconciled with them. They refused to reimburse. The amount was not much, but it is the principle of the matter. Check your invoices!

Zero customer service!!! I ordered Barbicide wipes from them on Monday the 30th at 11:45 AM. Their website stated "item in stock and will be shipped out in 2 days". On Friday 4/3/20 I tried using their chat service to try to get an update, however, no one responded so I sent at email. There was no response so I tried again on Tuesday 4/7/20. Once again there was no response via chat or email.

My next step was to try to contact them via social media. I finally was about to get someone on IG who told me the item was sold out and they're waiting on shipments. Ok, I get it due to the current climate and everything going on. However, on their website, it is still listed as in stock. Also, they charged my credit card on the initial purchase date. Today is the 4/10/20 and there is still no update from them. Not an email or anything informing customers of delays.
