I had a medical debt sent to collections. I had moved and was not aware that I had the outstanding debt. It was sent to united resource systems.

I only knew of the debt from checking my credit report. Never received a call about the debt from USR. So I decided to make payments here and there. Before they updated their website, it was easy to make payments online.

If they would have kept their older payment site, I would have given them 5 stars. However, they updated their site and it is almost impossible to know if your payment went through.

It kicks you out (or refreshes)when you hit pay now. Then you have to sign back in. Wait a bit to see if payment posted. Nothing. Try again. Then you have two payments pulled from your bank account. Their customer service was really helpful in setting up a payment plan to avoid their now horrible payment site.

Fix your website for payments.

They say they are called United Billing Services. However, I cant find any business under this name. The address and phone number are for some medical billing place which makes no sense as I do not owe medical bills, we owe for CDL Training. This company is just another screwed up debt collector that doesn't have their act together.

Scam shop that allows anyone with a pulse to make up a debt and try to collect it from you. They even go as far as to make up a date in which the account was supposedly opened. I notified a lawyer and already filed a report with my states attorney general.

Scam shop trying to trick you into paying debts that they either made up completely or are not your debts. They prey on people who might be unsure if they owe the debt and come armed with a creepy amount of personal details about you. Welcome to the age of zero privacy.

I have an outstanding debt and have been trying to talk to someone with this company for over 3 weeks. Always goes to the same Ashley Smith voicemail with no return. I better not get served with papers over this, it is not my fault no one answers the phone EVER!!

Was contacted for a CDL training debt. Paid debt within the time frame given to avoid a negative credit report (30 days). Then, was reported as derogatory anyway. Thanks United Resource Systems for your incompetence.

Spoke with Bryan today about monthly payments and he was excellent! Very patient and understanding. Made my credit situation look less stressful ! If you call in ask for Bryan . Can t go wrong .

I now have some understanding as to why debt collectors are despised. First of all, if you're going to transfer someone's account to another company, at least have the courtesy and decency to notify the account holder about it. I had recently called these crooks about my account, only to discover that they did exactly that. So when I ask them who now has my account, they couldn't help but to make me go in circles, directing me from one place to another and nobody knows anything. Already frustrated, I called them again, and this time someone finally gives up the information to the new company. But still, they should've let me know in advanced.

They are trying to scam me into paying a debt that I already payed off months ago. These people are the scum of the earth.

They sent me to court for the wrong amount and still to this day I can't get a hold of them to settle my payment.
