Worst response ever I saw for home appliances. You keep calling the landline they never pick up. Very pathetic service. Today for the 3rd time I called but no one answering, I wonder how their MD or CEO is accepting such irresponsible team in Coimbatore!! S.Krishnamoorthy

I purchased mixy from kerala,motor got damaged contacted them worst service.I given this mixy for scrap.Money wasted.Dont purchase.

I took this mixer 5 years before.The two of the three mixer jar got damaged within 2 years got repaired but again got complaimy. Afterwards the mixer sound was high,I contacted customer service,they told the motor and board is complaint which cost almost the same price of a new mixer.Such a bad experience I got with this product.Believed in the quality of the product,but totally disappointed.Never ever I will purchase this mixer again.

My experience with using the wet grinder for more than a decade is that it is basically a motor driven version of a stone grinder of primitive design. I was hoping improvements in basic design to help in loading , unloading and most important, cleaning after use. It is just not designed for easy cleaning after use and the company has done nothing to improve this aspect in its new Fastgrind model which has a few cosmetic additions but no basic design improvements. A disappointment.

No spares available for the existing model mixer grinder in their website.. The service person insisted upon changing the front panel of the mixer as there were some issues with the electronic board.Not satisfied with the service.

I have bought pressure cooker online, it was made of stainless steel for contamination free and it helpful to make a healthy foods.

Service is expensive. They are closed on saturday and sunday.. how ridiculous . Asking for 3500/- to just fix the motor. I donno where they are heading towards. You get branded 750w 3 jar mixers from 1400/ online. Just wanted to stick with Elgi because they are a coimbatore brand. Now I think no point...

Purchased two ultra cookers 2 months before. It has safety issues..gasket is deforming repeatedly and the creates a blast kind of sound.. very poor response from customer care who dont understand the seriousness of the problem. Pls dont go for the cookers of this brand. Too costly... but no proper service. They want us to carry the cookers all the way to the service centre.. every time

I had booked for a service of my ultra grinder and they say spares are not available for this model,hence i m forced to buy a new one.I feel the Company should provide spares for whatever model they ve manufactured so far.

Giving single * , maybe that is enough to this Company. Such a worst customer service. I have purchase one Induction Stove of this brand & within 6 months its getting 2 time fault. from last one month I have given this faulty product to Elgi Ultra Customer care Coimbatore, Trichy Road but no any result till now.. Whenever I'm calling they simply reply that "Parts not available /Engineer Outside".bla..bla..bla.. So suggest to not purchase this product.
