Does not answer their phone. Called multiple times, customer service skills non-existent.

They have brought me 2 different pairs of boots out both had scuffs on them. For 150$ they should not be trying to sell people scuffed up shoes.

In this store the vendors are always snarky. I wouldn't recommend this place although I like the brand

shoes are great but customer service is not at all good. they re system was down on saturday and then they charged twice my credit card.my bank told me that they can delete it or also directly conntact the bank and when i told that to the manager she told me they can do nothing...bad service. first and last time i shopped there

I was very skeptical of this place when I went with my spouse, but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. In a personal level I would never buy anything from here but that's just me.

Lots of choices - boots are comfortable and last for a long time ! Nice shopping center, lots of parking.

I too have had interesting service. I believe certain members of the staff do not value customer service and this unfortunately colors the entire perspective of the place in a negative way. I will inform management at a higher level in the meantime. As for the majority of the employees I saw on the floor directly interacting with the customers' decision making; they were very nice.

Excellent customer service! Anyone who says otherwise has never worked in retail. Spoke with Montana today, she was able to answer all my questions and even verified with her manager to ensure they could help me out.

Worst customer service experience! They had me wait an hour for their manager Lisa to come back from lunch because the cashier didnt know how to do what she needed to do on the register and when she finally got back she just didn't want to help on her end. On the contrary, she seemed like she wanted to make things harder on me. And to top it all off, she never once apologized for my time wasted there. Horrible management there in my opinion.
