Heather is on top of everything. Except they didn t replace my blinds that broke over a month ago. They keep the building as clean as possible, when there are slobs living in the building who leave trash laying around and smoke in the elevator, because they grew up in a pig style, and have no respect for others or their surroundings. We need security on site. I almost got in a fight with a guy a couple weeks ago because he forced his way into the building behind me. I am always armed, so that would have been very bad for him.
I have know problem with the staff been here 3yrs now love it only one problem when is the pool going to open.ms Roberta is a great manager just love her can be a little mean at time but that goes with the job lol
The North Washington community has some of the only affordable apartments in Sarasota close to downtown. The manager, Denise understands things happen. As long as you communicate and she sees you are trying she does everything she can to help work through the situation. Even if you owe rent. No they aren t fancy and there s no pool, but we have a community. I ve lived here for 8 years and have made many friends. I was on the verge of buying a home-last minute it fell through-we would have no where to go without Denise working it out for us to be able to stay.
The team, especially Valerie, moved so quickly to get me into an apartment at a very reasonable price. I so appreciate Valerie and the rest of the team at Plaza by Hobby.

I have been a resident at James Park for two years I am going into my third lease. Ms. Bianca and Ms. Vanessa are great ladies always there to assist you. I love my apartment it was in great clean shape when I moved in. Laundry rooms are great and the property is well maintained by maintenance. If your looking for a safe neighborhood James Park provides affordable rates. I would would and already have recommended James park as a great place to live.
