From the time he explained his Full Service Program at a negotiated commission to the actual closing, Phil's attention to my transaction was outstanding. He provided multiple OPEN HOUSES, followed up on showings, and advised me through multiple offers! Phil even advised me to reject offers that were NOT in line with realistic expectations! I called a realtor (Pat Zackman) from this office to discuss a rental she had listed in Holmdel. I explained to the realtor that my husband and I were on the market for a rental and wanted to see the home as soon as possible. She and I spoke a few times and we finally scheduled the appointment for 2 pm. To our surprise, when we get to the location the realtor was not there! We called her office who was also unable to reach her. We waited for an hour, hoping that the realtor would arrive or call, before deciding to leave. I never received an email or a phone call from the realtor apologizing for not showing up to the scheduled appointment. Not only was that extremely unprofessional on Pat's part, it was also rude. I would NEVER do business with this realtor again, and unfortunately, this office!

Two River Realty along with their listing agent, Patricia Hart Zackman, provided excellent service to sell our Little Silver house with a no fuss closing in 3 months from initial listing date. . Selling the home we raised our family in for 30 years was stressful but Two River Realty guided us through the process and their professional advice helped reduce the stress. We are happy we chose Two River Realty and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would absolutely recommend this agency! Phil was attentive, concerned and always available for all my questions . This was my first time selling a home, it was an estate sale and Phil was terrific.Debbie, was SO totally helpful in all I had to do and was so good about talking me down from the roof!
