I recieved the wrong mud flaps from order on 4/9/20. I called immediately, its the same thing, we will return call in 24 hours, but you never here back. after making several more calls in April and May, I caught someone, they were very pleasent and authorized a return and said they would email me out a return slip. It is now 07/7/2020 and again, I have not recieved a phone call back and not recieved an email to return products that are the wrong products shipped to me in april. tom
Terrible customer service sent me the wrong items by the time i realized it was halfway on the vehicle now i have to send it back and then wait 3 weeks for my item to be in stock. Management wont get on the phone and discuss my issue with me everything was relayed through a customer service rep... i wasted my money on paying a shop to install the incorrect item they sent me i am out money and time.....
American Muscle is using the Brand "Raxiom" to hide behind dumping a bad product on me. When I installed A Raxiom digital snifter, and it was defective, they told me no warranty and no help. I installed the part in under a year and this is what their customer rep Kara M said: "We certainly care about our customer's satisfaction, but there is also a time when the customer has to take some responsibility as well, which is why there is a timeline on returns that is clearly advertised. After the return timeline passes, the part becomes your responsibility. You can certainly leave it on a shelf for a year if you would like, as it is your property, but we cannot be responsible for the item when you have had it as long as you have. " Remember, you have to find out that they shipped you a defective part within 30 days or forget about it. What happened to the implied warranty of fit for a particular purpose?
We need to take a second and congratulate the owner of this company for winning the world neck beard championships in Pennsylvania this year. If the owner spent less time competing in neck beard competitions and more time focusing on customer concerns, the company would improve their ratings here. If you have been ripped off by this company, try reaching out to the manufacturer, have had some luck with that. When putting a review here, make sure you add one to the better business bureau as well. There are literally pages of them about this company. As well utilize PayPal protection if that was your payment method. They must have a full time customer service staff to deal with better business bureau complaints alone. It's brutal when you read the employee reviews on Glassdoor. If they treat their employees that way, not much chance of us being treated fairly either. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Customer service is awful and this Sean person who I spoke to hung up on me. Not helpful and shouldn't tell customers that they cant do anything for them.
Never doing business with American Muscle again. I have had to send my Bama chip back to them 5 times. They sent me a blank chip and now they cannot send the chip back with info on the tune selections which does no good. 2 BBB complaints entered.
UPDATE - After getting my chip back for the 5th time they DID include the tune selection documentation but they set all the tunes for 91 Octane when I clearly asked for 93 Octane. Sweet baby Jesus, I have seen a 5 year old pay more attention to detail than these guys. 2 months later and they still can't get it right!
Company and its subsidiaries dont stand behind their products. Packaging and procurement is no frills, everything comes blemished or dented. Would not suggest

Turn 5 headlights only last less than 2 years. My Raxiom headlights have LED accent lights, and one has gone out. They refuse to repair or exchange the bulb. Their customer service is terrible. I spent $250 for what I thought were upgraded headlights, and their company will not stand by their product.
I need to return something and it is impossible to contact them. Very upset!!
I've worked for Turn 5 for over four years now. Knowing a bit about the industry and business, I'd be surprised to find many other companies that care for either the customer or the employee like Turn 5. The leadership is clear-minded, thoughtful and genuine in their approach, which translates best to the outside world when you look at things like their history of charitable donations to organizations like Make-A-Wish, Wounded Warriors and Special Olympics.
I bought "open box" exhaust. Description did not mention missing parts. Got home after 2 hour drive to find (or not) that half the pieces including the mid pipe were missing. I called and was told "you know it was open box, you should be able to get the parts at a hardware store". At that point I politely hung up and called the manufacturer direct. Got the mid pipe on its way. Gonna end up costing more than a new 1.
Lesson learned.
