very bad service

Because I often bake a nice spatula for 20, -

Used 2 times and it is broken.
Taken by a sweet consultant for warranty.
Unfortunately .... even after 2 weeks is there no more warranty on the product?

I've never had such a bad service anywhere.

unfortunately we are less satisfied with the quality of tupperware and the guarantee they give you.We have different trays and trays with lids at the trays, the edges tear off completely and after a while the lids no longer fit on the trays and the trays is that the same now we have already had contact with the consultant of tupperware, unfortunately this has not yielded anything so all in all we paid a lot of money for rubbish and very bad service !!!!
