Worst experience with family pictures ever. You will not find a price list on his website because the prices are astronomical ($137 for an 8x10, $263 for an 11x14) You pay big bucks for each and every print. I respect quality work, and expect to pay for it but the pictures were just ok. They required a lot of editing and face swapping to be acceptable. I felt like he didn t pay attention to small but important details like head position and hand and feet placement when actually doing the shoot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There s plenty of competition out there and you could get full digital rights to all your edited photos for a fraction of the price.

I am absolutely impressed by Glen Ricks Photography in American Fork. My son, who is a senior this year has the BEST compilation of pictures in various settings that have truly captured his personality and talents. I am so tickled with the photos and so is he! We love the metal framed pictures and the book is an absolute keepsake. Glen came to the swimming pool several times to capture my son is his element and even took the high school swim team picture! Glen has a great eye and is a true artist. Carolyn, the Office manager, will take care of you from beginning of the process to the end. She is a fantastic communicator and responds with efficiency! I love these folks and will be ever grateful for the professionalism and artistry. These pictures are so precious to me and my family.

Glen has taken senior pictures for all 5 of my kids, and we have loved how they turned out every time. He spends plenty of time taking pictures and then a lot of time helping us choose the ones we love. The finished product is always amazing!

I've only been here a couple times. My daughter's dance class uses this place for their pics. Their work is always top notch. They have been great to work with each year. They always seem very well organized and are really fast with each photo session without making you feel rushed.
As far as their work goes I'd give them 5 stars; however, since I'm reviewing the whole experience I have to give 4 stars because 1. if you don't know what you're looking for it's very easy to drive right past the business. It is actually a house that has either been completely converted into a photo studio or acts as both home and business. 2. When you get a big group of people in there to have pics, it gets really crowded, and last, the parking there is crazy. It is off to the west side of the house and is very narrow. Getting out of there can get pretty tricky.
I would still definitely recommend this place!

Working with Glen and his team was nice. They were efficient and professional. I was a little shocked at the price for a missionary "bronze" package. It was double what our first missionary son was at Brandt photography in Mesa, AZ. I didn't see the value in it for what I received but I paid the $427 for an 8x10 and a page of wallets. Glen said it was heavily discounted. I would not return for a family photo if that is the heavily discounted price of a 15 minute photo session and two pages of photos.

We do our annual family portrait with Glen Ricks. It is one of the few times in a year that we have the whole family together. It is vital that we have a marvelous family portrait taken, and Glen always does an extraordinary job, from our great-grandma down to the youngest great-grandchild. We are delighted to display Glen's pictures of us in our living room. He is reasonably priced and very accommodating. We can count on him.
