Having worked directly with Tritel for nearly 10 years of my life (from a client) I can say they are a great company. I don't know what is up with these negative reviews but if it comes to it the owner will stay up all night with you if there is a serious problem and sometimes if it's not so serious. It is not hard to contact them if you dial the correct number and their prices are solid considering their offerings.
