Bennett Dunlop Ford

It was my first time at Bennett Ford and I did receive a very good and courteous service. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. They offered good advise and attended to my needs. That being said, I feel like the process for some services like oil change can be streamlined to make them a little faster than the wait I had to endure. Waiting that long makes one just want to go to a 10 minute oil change place rather than the dealership.

Awesome. Ryan took awesome care of me, really felt like he was on my side from contact with questions about the vehicle, to test driving, and to agreeing to a fair price and trade in value all in less less than a day. Quick, painless and honest/transparent the whole way through. Even offered to drive the new truck to me in Moose Jaw and take away my trade in! Ask for Ryan!

I was in and out within a timely manner for an oil change, about 45 minutes. Staff was great to deal with. However, when I had called a few days beforehand and spoke with someone about getting my tires balanced the gentleman was very unprofessional and rude so my buisness was lost there. It was disappointing considering I've been a customer since 2014 consistently so I only went for my oil change because I get it half price but went elsewhere for my tires. I had mentioned my phone call experience to the individual that took my payment but was not given the help resolve my issue or take it into consideration. There was no apology offered or anything done to make things better or right

Cindy and Randy made our cross country drive possible. We found ourselves in a tricky situation and they went above and beyond to find a solution. We got our van fixed and were back on the road as soon as possible. Absolutely fantastic dealership and staff, would recommend them to anyone in Regina, or just passing through!

Took my Explorer in for service it was done in minutes staff was great to deal with and professional. The service writer went through my service and explained my next service was going to need mor time to complete. I like to be informed thanks Bennett it was a great experience

I had a great experience as usual. The staff was courteous and friendly. While waiting for my vehicle I met the sales guy who sold the vehicle to me, he chatted with me until my vehicle was ready. Awesome staffs at Bennett Ford.

The oil change was done in very good time, however I waited a long time for the car wash and chemical inspection. The car was brought back and when I got home l realized that the inspection coupon was not in the vehicle. I phoned the service center about this and after dealing with two different people I was informed that the inspection was not done. I had to go back to your shop to have this done. Not too happy to do this.

I purchased a Dodge Journey 2016 a couple of weeks ago. The SUV was in excellent condition with low miles, I am extremely happy with the purchase. Special thanks to Darren for helping me find and select my car and give me the best deals possible. He is very helpful, he told me about every specification of the car and gave me room to feel comfortable considering my decision. He was very helpful and provided a very relaxed atmosphere, with no high-pressure sales.

Overall, I have had a great experience at Bennett Dunlop Ford. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a pre-owned car. Thank you guys so much. Would definitely recommend it. AAA+++!

My wife was in today to have some recall work done on her F150 ,she had a slow leak in her tire and asked them to look at it and fix it if possible. Not only did they charge her to fix it ,which they didn't do, oh and lied and said they did, but they sent her home on the spare without telling her, and the factory wheel and tire is no where to be seen..Needless to say if they can't even fix a tire or tell her that they put the spare on without giving her back her factory wheel I'm a little concerned with what they may have done to her truck in the recall. Nice of them to have an inflated quote for new tires waiting for her tho! My 8 year old daughter now calls them Bennet Dumlop! Will never return for a vehicle or service work here again. Steer clear if you value your vehicle or your money.
