I have purchased equipment from Trinus, and also used their services. I find that they treat me very well, and provide honest feedback and options for me. I have never felt pressured into making a purchase. I am comfortable recommending Trinus to the people I work with and friends too.

I took a hard drive with an issue to Trinus to see if they could fix it, as the cord slot was not working. they changed out the hard drive enclosure, and it works great now! they were super fast and gave me an awesome price.

The best service you could ask for! It's definitel...

The best service you could ask for! It's definitely worth driving from downtown Edmonton to Stony Plain to meet with Trinus. The whole process was seamless. Kevin, Michael, and Griseld were so helpful. I would 100% recommend Trinus for anything computer related.

I bought a computer a while ago and was having some trouble with my network. I called up Trinus and with the click of a button they were able to connect with my computer and fix my network. I did not have to unhook and bring in my tower. The guys at Trinus are always helpful and easy to talk to.

Love this company! I am just a small store and they treat me as if I am just as important as the big guys.
I always worried it would cost me a fortune to get anything repaired. No way... they are so reasonable I would not think twice about getting services done. Extremely helpful on the phone too....
