Don t Do It! I worked for these people for 8 months and it isn t worth the pay. Beware if you have young kids, management will act like they are more important than your personal life. Dispatchers leave when they are not supposed to and don t pass messages to whom ever you tell them to send them to. Oh and can t forget the boss is always scared to talk to you if you have a problem pertaining your employment. There is no communication at all and if it is; it s nothing but he say she say. The company is a joke. They will over work you week after week and won t bat an eye when you ask them to change it. They don t care about you. If you apply be careful they will put a sign on bonus when you get hired but you will never see it.
The owner and the admin manager have absolutely no idea how to run an effective business or how to handle constructive criticism. Pathetic excuse for a company.

This company cares about its clients very much and will work above and beyond for them. They also make sure every employee feels comfortable with their training and is ready for any situation that may come their way. And all of the supervisors are just a phone call away i have never worked for a security company that cares so much about communication. Way to go team!
I started working for Trinity Executive Services Inc in 2012 to 2017 and recently returned Aug 2019 to now. My years of experience with the company has been great and has got even better over time. If you are a hard worker and you want to work then you will not have any issues with this company and its as simple as that. We live in a world where many people want things handed to them without putting in the work and the world does not work like that. If you want to work and make money then you will enjoy working for this company. There is alot you can learn if your just willing to work for it.

I ve worked for several security companies in my time this is the absolute worst managed company I have ever seen. Do not apply here. Do not try and get a contract with them. They do not know how to run a company.. EDIT. : I will take back what I said. The COMPANY itself is not the problem. It is the SUPERVISORS who do not care about their employees and seem to think that an employee is a bad employee for Being 30 minutes late because their 10-month-old daughter was sick.
Business owners, don't waste your time. I operate 16 commercial properties in Indianapolis and wanted security but apparently Trinity doesn't want or need additional business. Called at 10AM to get some information and the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was still sleeping. I asked for information and he told me to call back at 11AM. I asked why he couldn't give me any info and he says the guy doesn't come in until later and just hung up.
