They just don't care and will not respond. My business transfer is now two weeks over due with no sign of a completion date - all down to TLT utterly not giving a.... single care in the world.
I review in respect of TLT's licensing team, which I can say are exceptional. Piers' knowledge of the licenced industry and its constantly changing, nuanced laws, is exemplary. I would highly recommend TLT for licencing matters.
Abysmal service, ignores emails, promises to send things over and doesn't. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Seem to think because they are dealing with the bank and not directly to the client they can drag heels.

Wrote to TLT and sent a detailed copy by email of a Will & Wishes to be actioned asap by them they sent no receipt /acknowledgement. They stated after I contacted them that all the documents had been received by them but they failed to take action for 30 days I feel they acted poorly and unproffes...
Rubbish place to work - so happy I left the legal industry.
