Nice watches but a LAMENTABLE after-sales service ... Can not find a dealer in Barcelona to change a bracelet !!! I changed several times my watch bracelets on Paris at the Champs Elysees shop but in Barcelona you have to send the watch in a workshop for a week to do it !!!

I brought my watch to the service and the band exchange in this way. Register the service on the website and receive a box with a prepaid return label within two days. After sending it in, I received an offer two days later and after confirmation, the watch was processed in the next two days and returned by post!
Everything at a great price (cheaper than in any other service center I've been to) and the work was, in my opinion, carefully and well done! Gladly again, thanks for this great service!

Well, I do not know where to start.
I have acquired a Tissot T-Touch in a Fachhandl. This has stopped after 2 1/2 the service, it dangling inside and I have decided to send the clock to the service.
The clock was then for a long time away (about 4 weeks), in between, I have received a call from the watchmaker that the small service is not enough and the service costs 300 euros. I was stunned at first but paid the amount to get the clock back. I got them again, the watch looked good (it was dulled to restore the original condition). Unfortunately, two members were missing, these were then sepperat in a small bag and these were just not frosted. In addition, the bezel had a scratch after matting, was clearly visible.
So I returned to the watchmaker, clock (300 euros are really a house number ..) and complained. Now the salesperson has contacted me with the information that Tissot considers the 2 nicely matted chain links to be a forgery and therefore has not objected that the scratch had been previously. The repair should then hold 5 positions again and again cost several hundred euros. I am really disappointed. I will not buy Tissot again, bad service and thirst complaint handling. I'll fix that with the lawyer now.
