My company entered into contract negotiations with Time Communications one year ago. Over the past year the service has been very good and we have been very pleased with the services we have received. Unfortunately, after exactly one year of working with Time Communications and no changes made to the services we had been getting all along, they have now notified us of their intent to increase our monthly charges over $1000-$1500/mth when we were paying less than $100/month in total. In dealing with their staff, they threatened to violate their own contract by terminating our agencies account within 24 hours without cause. Due to the nature of our business, we are 95% dependent upon the phone services offered by Time Communication in our daily operations. This company offers a good service, however, once you're counting on them, they appear to become like bullies on the playground. My advice is to stay away. We are currently using our allotted 30 days for termination as provided by their contract to find alternative services.

Did not provide the service they promised me, overcharged and charged for "outgoing long distance" calls even though they only take calls. There were times when their "servers" were down and calls did not go through which means I lost business. Overall it was not a great experience and a huge waste of money as every month they billed me three times the amount they told me to expect and what I agreed to.

They also refused to end the contract even though they did not provide the contracted services.

Poor training of the reps answering calls, (they use a lot of temps), no quality control, massive turnover promotes a negative work environment, bad management, and a bullying atmosphere.
