This stores staff is always very helpful. Venny is the mgr and he goes above and beyond with helping in my upgrade. Even though the problem he didn t create...he was on top of it and kept me up to date even when I was out of state. Absolutely the best!

It took 40 min of waiting in line to do 1 simple thing (equipment pickup) even though there were 4 people working at desks. Then, when I finally got to the desk the person couldn't find my account without me looking up all the details for him. Worthless....

I believe her name was Elena. She was so helpful! She helped me switch my phone over to a newer phone. She was very friendly, and kind! Keep up the great customer service!

So signed up for internet service and got a very good deal for 12months and great customer service! If you know and follow me, I give credit where it's due and I also will call you out on bad service, food, and overall customer service, and I was very happy and surprised at how knowledgeable the rep was and how she went above and beyond to get me a good deal. Jennifer Luna was the sales rep that helped me and she was beyond amazing! I have a unique situation revolved around my activation and she pushed through it for about 3 hours to get my phone up and running. She was adamant that I was not leaving the store without my phone back up and running the way it should be. She went above and beyond to take care of my situation and did it all with unwavering patience! THAT GIRL NOT ONLY DESERVES A RAISE BUT A PROMOTION!!!

My promotional plan was about to expire and then the price jumped up to double. They made no attempt to help me find a suitable plan for my budget. I ended up cancelling my cable and going with another company.
