So for the first time in my life, I drank an entire glass of beer. Period. It was this yummy pinkish fruity beer Tilion has. The only problem is I didn t have the can, so I couldn t remember what it was called. It was kind of sour, but ssssooooooo delicious like my favorite pink blush champagne. I use to hate beer. I can actually say I like it now, but so far, only one kind. I tried a sip of Budweiser when I was 21, and that was enough to gross me out. I m 45 years old now. My handsome friend had me try a sip of this Tilion beer one day and I drank the entire glass I think in less than 10 mins. After that experience, I dared to try other drinks and decided to try the hard seltzer and omg! I fell in love. :) It tastes like my mom s rice wine dessert! I plan to bring my 72 year old mom some or bring her there to try it! She will love it! Thank you Tilion for your hard work in creating delicious beer/drinks!!! Oh! I also love the cocoa beer too! Delicious! So yummy! It tastes like tootsie roll candy beer! I ll be bringing friends and family here for sure!!!

Incredibly friendly bartender, who had recommendations on other breweries to try closer to Rochester. I had the Rosy Cheeks, the Gravitas, the Cocoa Stout, and the Black Ribbon. Of the four, the Cocoa Stout was definitely my favorite--it was dessert-y, and even served with a single mini-marshmallow, but it wasn't cloyingly sweet at all. The interior was relatively sparse, but decently large and well-lit.

Great beer and great people. Good local craft brewery, free popcorn and snacks for sale. They sell Crowlers cans (25.4oz) and Growlers (1/2gal jugs). Laid back vibe, music and events on some weekends. Check their Facebook for events. Right across from Cannon River winery in downtown Cannon Falls. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Great patio in the summer next to the river. Bicycle trail is right next door too. Lots to do in the area.

Open, welcoming atmosphere with a selections of brews that are varied enough out of the "safe zone" to make it worth your time to visit. The Brewers enjoy what they do here and it shows in their creations. They enjoy discussing their beers with you and are genuinely interested to see your reactions You can order in your own food here which, in my opinion, really opens up the door to my visits since you may want to vary up your food if you're here for a long weekend or something of the sort.

Left something to be desired.

As somebody from Cannon Falls, the hype around Tilion was high considering how long it had taken to finally open the doors. I was excited to try it out to say the least. The tap room was really nice on the inside, with a good amount of seating. We got a flight including a sample of all their beers offered at that time (7 in total). Overall, my brother and I were both pretty disappointed with the beers in general. My favorite of the group being their oatmeal stout, which says something considering I am not normally an oatmeal stout guy. As a hop head, I was let down by their IPA and the overall lackluster flavor it had. The rest of the beers were fairly tasteless, and hard to distinguish between one another.

I understand they are a new brewery, so hopefully over time they can work out the kinks. I would be willing to head back again the next time I am in town. I am a craft beer lover, and I wish the best for the guys at Tilion.

We stopped in after kayaking the Cannon River. Nice space! It feels very new (and indeed, it is only about 4 months old.) Plenty of seating inside at long tables or at the bar. They have a deck overlooking the river that has 5 tables with umbrellas. That was a nice spot to hang out and enjoy! We each had a flight of 6 of their 10 beers for $12/ea. I liked the Belgian and the Pale Ale best but the stout and red ipa were good too. Staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stop in again when we're in the area!

This is a great space with very good beer. This will definitely be the post-ride destination after a long ride on the Cannon Valley Trail.
The proprietors and employees provided very friendly service and answered all of my nerd questions. Plus there is a lovely deck overlooking the Cannon River!

After a hike with two friends at Nerthstrands Big Woods, we needed a refresher, or two. So it makes complete sense to go here coming back home.

Plastic cups, no flights and water is bottled only so you have to buy. Covid safety policies.

After working up a sweat but wanting to stay outside we sat on their blazing hot patio. Think I saw only two other groups join around, finish and leave. Didn't blame them, it wasn't the best covid patio. Strong protip though! They have another patio that is an actual patio on the backside of the brewery. Just didn't know it, so head for the back!

Being too hot strong ales and dark ales were not looking appetizing at the moment. So I got their Rodger, Rodger pale ale (my friend I for sure thought it was a Star Wars reference, sadly no. They should just lie and say yes though) and I believe my friend just got their Lazy Day lager.

Both were great, but because we were beat, that's all we could do this day. Will be returning for a more thorough taste inspection.

I'm a huge fan of this brewery. I've been coming here and consistently returning. They have really good beer. I find myself purchasing crowlers to take home quite often. I recommend to anyone in the area to stop by and show some local, small town support. They are with the visit.

I m giving this space two stars over one for the following reasons:

1. The beer is worth trying. It was pretty good and I couldn t knock it if I tried and
2. The hostess did what she could to remedy a bad situation.

The reason for such a low rating is:

My partner, my friend and I went there after biking on the Cannon Valley Trail. We thought a fresh beer would do us some good. When we came in the hostess (a woman with a blonde bob length hair cut- I apologize I didn t get her name, she definitely deserves recognition and praise) greeted us and sat us at a table. She let us know someone would come to our table and serve us. We waited a while and no one came. After a while, the hostess came back to check in on us and noticed we hadn t been served and told us she would let the bartenders know we had been seated and come grab our orders. The bartenders never came. The hostess came back again and told us she had told the bartenders to come get our orders and that the bartenders assured her we had been taken care of, but when she came back that third time she said she knew that wasn t true because we had no drinks in front of us and she took our order. She brought our beers to us and even took care of snack orders. The bartender only felt inclined to interact with us when it was time to leave and made sure we paid our order. If the tip could have only gone to the hostess, we have preferred to do just that. What I failed to mention previously is that we were a multiracial group and I can only assume the bartenders refusal to interact with us was based on that, because we were courteous, we were kind and the hostess clearly recognized that and treated us with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, the same can t be said for the rest of the staff. The hostess was truly the only redeeming quality of this experience.

Great wait staff outside, both servers working outside were very nice and friendly. Very good with their cleaning and sanitizing protocol. Happily accommodated myself and my kids. They have snacks for sale as well, Von Hanson's Pretzels, Cheese Curd, Jerky, etc as well so you can have a little snack time with your drinks, allowed outside stuff as well. Beer was good as well, had a sour and a seasonal, kids had a root beer.
