Ticketmaster - Seattle Office

This location (216 1st ave s) does not exist - the picture is of Grand Central Bakery. No where in that entire building is a ticketmaster

One of the worst companies in America. Makes 2 $18 concert tickets $64 for an Portland, OR concert. That is 100% mark-up and highway robbery. They force venues to sign exclusive agreements and restrict competition. These people are basically a legalized mafia. Stealing money from hard-working concert-goers since 1976.

bought ticket's to the Crosby Show for tomorrow and have not been able to
get my ticket i paid for over 2 months ago. NOT happy with there online ticket system , I am afraid i will miss the show . I have spent hours now trying to down load what i have paid for !!!!!!

I had bought 3 tickets for my daughter's birthday. I somehow didn't realize i bought them For the wrong venue hours away. The man i spoke with was very understanding and very kind, and got me a refund. I am so grateful that they believed me and refunded my money.. Thank you so much

Waiting in Tom Petty concert line for over an hour just get into the venue. Can't believe how understaffed. Will miss the opening act. Might be lucky to see the show.

If you accidentally close your tab or something once you're in the queue and try to get back in, it will think you're a bot and lock you out, telling you "your session is no longer valid". The customer support phone lines are completely useless and there are no articles in their help database to assist you. Just the absolute worst website.

I had two concert tickets and a funeral service at the same time on the same day. After a couple e-mails, I called Ticketmaster VIP ticket center to see if I had any options for my VIP tickets. To my surprise, they politely offered a refund. Very unexpected, but it really helped me out. V

Buyer Beware...I purchased six (6) General Admission tickets to Eric Church concert directly through Ticketmaster. After waiting months for the tickets to be available...I'm now being told that there is no option to transfer the tickets period. We have two friends not able to attend, so we are selling 2 tickets for less money than was paid for them. I literally have to stand at the venue on the day of the event and attempt to sell 2 extra tickets and we all walk through the gate together...are you kidding?

My tickets - I paid for them. But, I can't sell or transfer them to another individual. I would never purchase from Ticketmaster again and I would advise everyone not to purchase tickets on behalf of a group.

I had a very frustrating experience today purchasing tickets to a Seattle Sounders game through Ticketmaster. This morning, I purchased two tickets that were being resold. I noticed that Ticketmaster verifies all ticket resales, so this seemed safe. I was not able to download my tickets after waiting an hour, so I called customer service. After waiting on hold, I reached a representative, who couldn't fix the problem himself, so escalated it to specialists. I was told I would get a call within 20 minutes, but never got a call. I called back an hour later and waited on hold. After explaining the situation to a new representative, she indicated that she couldn't help me, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold again for 20 minutes. The supervisor assured me that she would take care of the situation and call me back within half an hour before game time. She confirmed my cell phone number. I received no call until after the game had already started. I finally got my tickets by waiting in a long customer service line at the stadium and explaining the situation to a representative in person. By this time, I had missed 15 minutes of the game, including an important goal. I feel cheated out of the money I paid for tickets, not only because I missed part of the paid event, but also because I wasted hours on the phone and on hold with Ticketmaster, to no avail.
