Terrible. The staff must have been high, it took almost 30 minutes to get 3 tacos and a fries supreme...20 other people waiting the same amount of time for their orders, probably all mucked

Food was great, staff were great. However, the state of the drive thru is unforgivable. 1 foot deep potholes. There's just no excuse at all to have your customers drive through that. The pavement looks at least 20 years old. You could have at least gotten the hole patched! Fast food lives and dies off of the drive thru, I will never come back till I see fresh asphalt.

I have been waiting an hour for our supper to come. Noone at this location is answering the phone so I can check on my order.

2 Hour wait on delivery. When you call they say they are waiting for there apparently very very slow delivery driver. Ummmm call a delivery service? Horrible customer service and of course the food was cold. I will never ever order from this location again.

Food wasn't even warm nor was the order correct after waiting 15 minutes.

Service was slow, food was prepared wrong (beefy nacho griller came with shredded cheese and it's supposed to be cheese sauce), hard fail. At least we got everything we ordered, which is a surprise as well. Like other places, too busy catering to stupid lazy drive thru people.

Busy place with long waits . food can be hit or miss, some staff members seem not to care.

Ordered delivery online at this location. 1 hour and 45 mins later still no food. We called them and they said they had no delivery drivers and weren't delivering today. We explained we had people over and had been waiting almost 2 hours for food, our card was already charged and we were never called or informed that there was no delivery. The lady on the phone just said "no deliveries today" without actually explaining anything and then we said we wanted a refund she hung up on us. Called customer service line who refunded us but now we have to wait up to 5 days to have the money back on the card... horrible customer service. We ended up driving to Mary Brown's instead- much better experience there!

First time here: food was well prepared, staff was efficient, warm and tasty. No complaints for a fast food place; I got my food fast even though they had quite a big drive-through lineup. Staff seemed rushed to service all requests so perhaps an extra person can help lower their need to rush.

Awkward location for cars though: only one entrance/exit; only right turn coming out and need to make a u-turn further up the road.

Made the mistake of ordering a 16 piece family meal. 2 pieces of white meat, over cooked and dried out. 2 small drumsticks. The remainder was 12 wings roughly the size of large timbits. The fries are different and are identical to the really cheap frozen fries you grab at the cheapest grocery store.

Absolutely the worst quality and value of any KFC I can remember in the last 30 years.

There was a reason we switched to Mary Brown's years ago, and we just remembered.

Worst KFC I've ever had, slow, the cuts of chicken were terrible, service terrible. Couldn't even eat it. It's a KFC taco bell, and I was like ok I'm glad I bought tacos as Well till I tried them. 17 dollars worth of food for myself and I was literally to pissed off to even bring it back. Tossed it straight in the garbage. Not fit for a seagull.

ordered online, not only take 2 hours to arrived, but the chicken also taste disgusting, it's burn and they seems like use the old oil, so the chicken taste like burn old oil fried chicken , and also it is sooo oily.. I never had chicken that taste so bad until tonight

Good customer service at the drive-thru counter. Burger and chicken was fresh and hot, liked it.

Stood at till for 3 minutes......no service...stood there for 2 more minutes...no service. KFC on a losing streak. The Colonel is dead. Sell stock.

I waited in drive thru for ten minutes to place my order then waited 15 minutes waiting for our order and I live three minutes from this store all the food was cold reheated fried are garbage..I think you need to fix this slowness of the drivethru

Food is usually really yummy amd fresh. Service can be slow sometimes but only when they're super busy which I completely understand! People should be more patient, they're doing their best

If I could give no stars I would! The delivery driver sat in my driveway and beeped until I came outside! Then he was rude throughout the whole transaction.

The only KFC in the area, they need to introduce Rotisserie chicken to there menu. They better start listening to their remaining customers to stay alive. They need new items on the menu that customers want to see.

Ordered a variety bucket and they completely forget to send the popcorn chicken. Its through skip the dishes so I'm screwed. They don't answer their phone. This place is garbage

It cannot be put into words the horrible experience that we had here. The service was slow and horrible with teenage staff literally smirking at guests who made attempts to speak up about the terrible service. Never will i go here again.

Fast food fried chicken. Nothing particularly special but sometimes it will hit the spot.

KFC is slowing digging their own grave with very poor food quality (used to be good at one time) as well as terrible service. This location takes the cake when it comes to poor service. Just went through the drive-thru to get a bucket at 9:00pm and the girl gave me a huge attitude and said it s gonna be a 30 min wait. They just don t want to work late. Sad.....in a few years this one will be gone too

Service was exceptionally slow. They were not equipped to deal with drive thru orders. Very poor service.

KFC is the best so far because I love their meals especially on Tuesdays and also their customer service is satisfactory.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you do check your food before leaving. I didn t take the drive thru and went inside the store to order when I came home one of the meal is missing. Normally I would let it go but I called them to tell them Im missing an order just so it doesn t happen to anyone else I was on hold for the longest time I ended up hanging up.

Friendly staff but the food was not what is advertised greasy and the amount you get to what u pay deffinetly not worth it

It takes 2 hours to get my delivery. This KFC manager only arrange one driver at the weekend. That is not wise. I will not order KFC any more.

Waste of good money. 12 piece bucket was so greasy the chicken stuck together in the bucket & the skin literally fell off when picked out. Fries were limp & cold, gravy was cold. Order was wrong. Received only one small coleslaw instead of the large ordered & received macaroni salad instead to the potatoe salad ordered. Only get kfc once a year & this restaurant always disappoints. Have given enough chances. Won't be back. Would appear from the remainder of the reviews I'm not alone in this opinion & they don't seem to care to do much about the bad ratings. Shame. Took 30 minutes to order and receive our order. I understand drive thru is more important, but lunch time on a sunday should have more staff. Especially on a long weekend.

It's KFC, so it's ok. It was better with the trans-fat! The workers work hard and are nice, but it's always busy.

No taco meat n the tacos.. horrible selection of what I guess was chicken .. it was wet and mushy .just disgusting

AWFUL service. Went there tonight just after 6pm. Ordered the crispy chicken meal but they didn't have any crispy chicken. Asked for the 3 piece chicken combo with white chicken but they didn't have any white chicken? Settled for something I didn't really want, asked for Mountain Dew but they didn't have that either!!!!! Asked for my fries to be well done and got half cooked fries. I will never be going back there, even if they were giving away food it's a lame excuse of a restaurant and the wait time is ridiculous, 25mins in the drive thru when there were only four cars in front of me.

Son came home with KFC. I tried it . Haven't liked it for years...then all of a sudden the pc remonded me of what KFC was like in the late 1970 s. Did KFC restore the full bodied breading? if so you have a customer returning. If not the next purchase will be my last , Thanks

Service is fast and efficient. Staff is polite. Everyone inside is wearing masks and gloves. Covid-19 procedures are too notch. However It is not the best KFC food. Gravy always seems just a little watery, and chicken could be a bit crispier.

Always seems to mess up the order. Haven't learnt my lesson yet to check if anything is missing before leaving with takeout.
