I loved this hotel alot, and will definitely stay at it when I am in beirut again..
Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean, neat and modern.. Only one thing i disliked which is the breakfast it needs to be real breakfast with good variety not 1 or 2 dishes only!

Far too noisy. The locks on rooms mean that only way to close the doors easily is to slam them shut when leaving the room. If super considerate you can use your key card to open lock and then close the door with a handle, but unfortunately most people aren t this considerate. So almost all night expect to be woken with a fright multiple times by a ridiculously loud bang of doors being slammed by other guests. Left absolutely exhausted after my stay here. Which is a shame as the hotel is modern, clean, great roof terrace and decent location. If management can fix the doors, this would be 5* rating as it s great value for money. So unless you re a super deep sleeper, don t stay here.

I had about 5 experiences in this hotel since its construction. This hotel is one of the best in Beirut. Modern, shik, beautiful rooms and so comfortable facilities. Helpful and sooo respectful staff. Housekeeping are sooo kind and friendly and they clean the room so perfect. The location is at the heart of Beirut and close to everything u mayb need. I recommand this hotel to everyone and for sure you would have the same experience
Thank you Three O Nine

Good location near AUB and Hamra street. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. Clean and friendly service. The room is nice as well. The roof top patio is very nice with a rare view of AUB campus and the sea. Parking is available as well.

Conveniently located close to AUB, the hotel is brand new and clean. Rooms are quite big and very well equipped.
Unfortunately the hotel changed the breakfast to a non standard version of "continental"! If you want scrambled eggs for breakfast: be ready to pay for it and to wait a lot!
One small annoying issue: some guests don't know how to close their room's door " intelligently" You might get surprised by those big "bang" ...

The hotel is comfortable and well equipped, very well located in one of the best neighborhoods to visit. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, I arrived very early (5am) and although they had mentioned I had to pay an extra charge for the early check-in they didn t charge me anything, it was very kind of them. I recommend this place but try to book with more than one week in advance because their prices can double if you book in short notice

5 stars for cleanliness, location and hotel staff. Definitely recommended.
Ms. Nour was very helpful with the hotel booking. Mr. Islam, the assistant, was multi-talented and the backbone behind the smooth running of the hotel.
Mr. Wael made sure we had an excellent stay. Not only he guided us with directions to nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, SIM shop, etc, he also arranged Beirut and other city tours at very reasonable charges. His drivers were professional, punctual, trustworthy, and helpful.
The breakfast was quite simple with well-baked croissants and zaatar manakish. However, the omelet was chargeable at US$4 which is quite expensive.
The only issue was that all rooms ending with '05' had an inconvenient bathroom layout as the washing closet and bath shower was opposite to each other in the same small area. But these rooms were more spacious than most of the other regular rooms.
The rooms, bathrooms, and hotel lobby was very clean and always smelled very fresh and clean all the time. The rooms had huge glass window making the room very well lighted. Although the rooms are well maintained and clean, they don't look as new as some of the photos on the internet.
The location is excellent; right opposite to AUB and walkable distance from affordable furns/restaurants.

It's a very nice hotel nestled in the heart of Bliss street and close to all the hustle of downtown Beirut. If you're looking for that urban experience, this hotel is convenient and affordable compared to the rest in that area. However, there aren't alot of things to do in the hotel itself (No swimming pool or spa) so you should plan your activities outside

Hotel three o nine is a good spot in Beirut. The district is good with many good restaurants around, not far from city centre (10mn drive) and there is a bar with a pool next to the hotel (Forty Licks Tavern). Rooms are clean and pleasant but some have toilets IN the shower, something not very comfortable... The view from the rooftop is pretty nice. However don't go there to have drinks, it's way too expensive... Better go at the Forty Licks Tavern next-door, at happy hour prices are very attractive!
