Nice visit. Had an interesting tour. Strikingly many people who enjoyed their work.

Unfortunately very bad service, there is no service department at all in Etten-Leur Warranty 3 years is promised now no warranty at all, you are simply sent to a motorhome company that does not feel like looking at a refrigerator of a motorhome that has not been bought from them Dealer hardly receives any compensation for warranty work. Very dissatisfied with Thetford, warranty settlement below all levels, worthless.

I can't get excited about Thetford. 89.50 ex. Asking shipping costs for the lid of the freezer compartment of a common type of refrigerator is outrageous. And no contact details of the Dutch branch of Thetford can be found. Also not very customer-oriented. Ps. The dealer has done his job properly.
