I have been a part of The Uncommon Thread staff for almost 4 years. In my time I have worked as a therapist under multiple different types of BCBAs across various center, in-home, and school district environments. It has been a pleasure to witness first hand how we impact our clients and their families in such a positive and progressive way. Now working as a BCBA, I enjoy being in a more leadership role that allows my personal and professional experiences to further improve the quality of living in others using ABA therapy to help our clients grow and learn.

I have had the pleasure of working with TUT for several years. With a strong clinical support team always within reach, the learner's needs are always the number one priority. Working with TUT has also allowed for an exceptional work-life balance throughout the COVID pandemic.

The Uncommon Thread provides outstanding ABA services for children who are on the Autism Spectrum and their families. The Uncommon Thread Thread stays up to date on the most current principles and practices of ABA, allowing each child to reach their fullest potential. It is so nice to work for an organization who is passionate, ethical and treats their employees with the upmost respect and appreciation.

TUT is a very good ABA company. I contacted TUT right in the middle of the pandemic and they were able to find a therapist for my four old boy. We had a lot of support at home with the behaviors, speech delay and virtual learning. In July, my 18 months old baby was diagnosed with autism also. He was banging his head all the time and it was so scary. Immediately I notified TUT. TUT was there to provide a therapist for my baby for the mornings and then they provided another therapist for the afternoons. My four year old had a therapist 35 a week during the pandemic until school opened in October. Currently, my four year old has a therapist from 3pm to 6pm to help him after he is done with school. The therapists Aaron , Katrina and Jen/Sam are very good to my sons. They are very hard working and professional. Also, I am learning a lot from them so I can carry over whenever they are not around. The BCBA and Director are very nice, easy to communicate and very knowledgeable. Overall, I would highly recommend TUT to any parent that has a child/children on the spectrum.
