Facility leaves a lot to be desired. The 4 - 5 foot deep serving area on the volleyball courts had permanent basketball hoops overhanging them making serving difficult for some players. Bathrooms were not clean. The internal layout can be difficult to navigate with softball, volleyball and soccer all occurring at the same time and parking is terrible. I hope our volleyball club doesn't use this facility again.

Parking is horribly inadequate. Front desk personnel rude. After refusing to break 100 bill even though they had hundreds in change, I went back to car and carefully counted 5 in loose change. Upon bringing it back to they accused me of trying to shortchange them. They made me count it out for them. Maybe they were unable to count it themselves. Finally got in and the place is standing room only. Definitely shouldn't be allowed to host such large events. Probably in violation of safety standards. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst place we've ever played. They pack everyone in like sardines, and they have people who patrol the area and make you get rid of any food you brought in. Sorry, but if my kid is there all day for a tournament, I'm bringing them some nutritious food - not relying on your "snack bar." Pretzels and nachos don't cut it when you're playing a sport all day. The entire environment is suffocating, unwelcoming and stressful. No one on our team ever wants to come here again.

Not sure where they get their referee's, but I just witnessed the worst officiating for a kids basketball tournament today. It was disappointing that 3rd and 4th graders know more of the rules than the 2 ref''s officiating the games. Very shameful for a tournament and shame on the owners to take money from ball clubs only to have sub par referee's. Will not be back.

Went here for a BJJ tournament, nice place. It has a almost fly back to the 50s kind of feel to it but it s modern nice new clean very spacious..

Yo always need to watch out for the locker rooms and showers in these places and this place was very very clean well-kept.

I would love to go back because it s just that nice of a place
For a big event I could see parking would be a problem so you should really get there early to make sure you secure a good spot

There really isn t a better indoor sports facility in Indy. It s got like a legit bar and grill..local brews onsite and a really cool 2nd story where you can see the whole facility. It s pretty nice Indy - let s be honest! It s not a globo gym..it s an indoor sports facility with some pretty amenities.

This facility is FANTASTIC. My son had a tournament this weekend and they were cleaning all the time. There was a parent that aggressively got into the face of a young woman and she HELD HER OWN. I was very proud of her because the traveling team HAD been notified of spectator restrictions (20 per team). If I was an indy resident, I would frequent it.

the workers love to kick members off the basketball court sometimes for no reason, then another time Judy{the manager} tried to kick me out of the weight room. THe workers and the managers are all pests. They don't care about members and HAVE PHYSICALLY TOLD ME THEY DON'T GIVE A SHI@.Honestly,if your some volleyball player or whatever, this is the BEST gym for you. On the other hand if your a serious basketball player working out in a gym its the worst. Go to the healthplex

I always have fun playing here. I meet with different people all over the world every single soccer day. It s absolutely true that sport brings different people together. It doesn t matter how you have to participate in the games. Just go to sportZone and you will meet someone with whom you can either watch or play a game together. It s cool out there guys!

The people at the front desk don't care about their jobs at all. The referees at this facility have been the worse I've ever had the pleasure of playing with. On top of that there doesn't seem to be any rules enforced, during games they let little kids just run around the basketball courts. 0/10 would not recommend, not going to pay for another rec league at Indy Sports Zone, terrible.

This is an amazing facility. Very friendly staff. Very much a community of different types of sports enthusiasts, from seniors softball to volleyball to basketball and a frisbee league to just lots of other groups. They have a wealth of activities. They even have an Aikido class and that is a martial art you don't see everywhere.

The Sportzone has a new owner and he has already upgraded the facility from better indoor turf to refinished basketball and volleyball courts to real turf on the indoor softball field. Our group rents the entire softball field in the winter for indoor soccer training. The only problem is Sportzone is so popular with softball leagues, there isn't enough availability. Great fitness facility and great people.

It is a very good place where you can play basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, etc indoor. Usually, it is highly booked recreational indoor field. There are two 8X8 and one 6X6 soccer turfs in addition to 3 courts for basket ball and the other sports.
I would recommand to not walk in before calling the front disk.

One of the best sports locations I ve been to. They have courts and fields for sports of all kinds, from basketball to ultimate frisbee and everything in between. The staff is super friendly, the equipment is nice and up to date, and the bar has a great selection of beer. I highly recommend you join a sports league here as soon as possible!

Was very disappointed. My husband took our daughter to her softball game last night and stayed to watch adult softball. Lady at the bar was super rude. Concession prices are insane (cases of beer and soda) are far cheaper than their 4 for $12 (SPECIAL) they had, and $3 for a bottle drink. Lady at counter was overly rude to customers, making derogatory comments to others about customers, and going out of her way to show authority. My husband was not comfortable inside the bar area with this lady. I am glad he didn't do anything crazy. We will not be going back. Would not advise kids to come here.

I have a gym membership here which is 150 dollars a year, so it's great for what it is but the gym is not well maintained. One of the four treadmills does not work at all and one breaks down frequently. Other than that the free weights are in good condition and there are multiple bench presses but only one squat rack.

I have played soccer at sportzone for 3 years now and have seen a gradual increase in racist behavior. I myself am not Hispanic but on multiple occurrences I have seen the security officers treat Hispanic soccer players poorly when entering the building. It confuses me because so much of the foot traffic and therefore income of the facility comes from Hispanic indoor soccer.
