The Roost Creative

The Roost Creative is a welcoming, friendly, and professional workspace. I love running my creative business from this wholesome, productive environment. Can I give it more than 5 stars?!

A seriously rad environment to help you and your creative business. The vibe is awesome, the people are tops and the facilities... well, I've had a few people tell me it is like working for Google. They can't believe it is an office + a place to have fun. Play ping-pong, video games, lounging area when you need a little downtime, run cool events etc.

Easily a 5 star place that anyone who has a creative business will benefit from meeting some of these people and spending a bit of time there

I've been at the Roost at bit over a year now after working from home and I'd recommend it to anyone in the same position. The shared office space is great from both professional and social perspectives. I feel a lot more productive here and I've met some great creatives who I've been able to collaborate with on projects.

As well as a group of friendly people, there are perks such as high speed internet, a kettle and a wide variety of teas.

Such a friendly co-working space where people are happy to chat but still very productive. Wish I was there more!

Creative co-working space - professional yet still friendly atmosphere - hot desk spaces alongside permanent setups - meeting area, fast internet, casual lounge work/rest areas. The Roost is more than just a great space to work, it is a group of freelancers who willingly support and encourage each other with their businesses.

An amazing co-working space in the heart of the city, full of friendly and inspiring people who make coming in to work a joy. It's run in a fair and inclusive manner and the sense of community that results is palpable. Go Roost.

The Roost is home to an incredible community of people, I've been running my freelance business from The Roost for 3+ years now and I love it! Great people and a great relaxed but professional environment.

I spent nearly 5 years operating my business from the Roost. Over this time it changed considerably. It is not just a great space to work from but a great community of creative people to bounce ideas off and generally hangout with.

...and come prepared to take on the table tennis champions at lunch.

Have been working here for a month and love it! Very chilled out compared to most co-working spaces I've been at, lovely people and great location. Exactly what I was looking for.

The Roost is an amazing co-working space right in the heart of Newcastle. I made the move from a home office to The Roost around a year and a half ago and its been the best decision I've made for my business to date. Not only is it perfectly situated to take advantage of the surrounding cafes (perfect for casual business meetings) and business services, but also from the support that comes from working in an environment where everyone is happy to offer advice regarding running a small business. It sounds cloche but it really is like a big old family! If you're a start-up looking to grow your business I can't recommend The Roost highly enough!

The best place to be in Newcastle as an aspiring creative

Collaborative environment and culture, relaxed atmosphere, professional approach and a great place to launch your business.
