beautiful, quite, naturistic, very kids friendly place to live.... you have literally everything on the compound..... nice gym, Continental breakfast every morning, so one morning you woke up and low and cash just get to breakfast area before 8:30am and you be good.... fruits and coffee available all day long.... outside is always groomed and clean..... elementary school and pre school on compound.... Christiana mall only 13 min...... acme 3 min, shoprite 5 min, wawa 2 min, rite aid 1 min..... it's a very beautiful place and great location..... maintenance quick and fast..... put an order in today same day problem fix depends on severity but anything else is nxt day problem fix....

Stay away from reybold just look at thier negative results it tells u why the company responds to reviews you respond back and hear nothing back from them they descrimate against thier workers. They got thier heads so far up thier own rears they dont care bout squat but thier. Selves and lining thier own pockets

Nice community. Maintenance is quick n efficient.
One complaint about the Community Watch guys. My son and I have both been harassed by these guys riding around in Reybold vehicles. I feel like its racial profiling. Why else would you harrass a person in their own neighborhood. The men make derogatory statements and talk down to you. They are Caucasian and African. This is not good!

RECKLESS CONSTRUCTION DRIVERS
LICENSE PLATE #: CL63819

This is a review highlighting the very dangerous and reckless driving of the staff that work for this company. I ve sent multiple emails to this company when the incident occurred IN JULY, and have yet to receive any correspondence of them even acknowledging that they ve received my emails. On July 21, 2021 at approximately 5:21 pm at Rt. 72 in front of Kathleen Wilbur Elementary School, a Reybold Group Construction utility vehicle refused to let me merge into the lane that was condensing from two lanes to one. I was already in front of the vehicle so I had to force my way over as there was a median in the road ahead. After I finally managed to get into the lane the vehicle swerved around me (almost hitting a traffic light pole in the process smart), into the turn-only lane, and cut me off causing me and the vehicle behind me to slam on our brakes. This incident was during rush hour so there was already a lot of stop and go traffic. The fact that this company allows, and clearly doesn t care, that its drivers are reckless and putting the public in unnecessarily dangerous situations is not only alarming but extremely irresponsible. Whichever employee was driving on 7/21/21 at 5:21 pm along Rt. 72 in the vehicle with license plate # CL63819, needs to be reprimanded immediately. The entire ordeal was uncalled for and the lack of response speaks volumes.

My name is Clarence and I'm a tenant at St. Andrews for 2 years now and proud say that I am, I love the community and with all the activities for every event especially for kids and have a awesome Pool and fitness center which is open 24 hours makes it more a reason I recommend St. Andrews apartment also the staff is truly amazing and a breathe of fresh air, then there's 24 hour security which helps you sleep at night, also whenever I have to call maintenance which is rare they come the same day, so once again I'm proud to be part of the St. Andrews community.

Paula Williams did a great job. She showed us several locations and was very professional and knowledgeable. She had a great personally and was ready and willing to answer any questions. We had many places to conciser but after meeting her and seeing the property we were hooked. Beautiful property.

Five stars for the service and Miss Williams did a phenomenal job. She showed some wonderful properties and she really sold us on the idea of becoming a resident here. What a great introduction into the Reybold family.
