SHOUT OUT to the New Guy with the Bandana!!!! Whenever he is cooking the food is always so much better and scrumptious. Between my man PATTY behind the bar and the New Guy with the Bandana in the kitchen, your experience is so much better during the day. NIGHT time guys need to work on there game, it's just okay at night said to say. But I will always love the Regal tho

Even with outdoor only/limited capacity this place is awesome. The food is great and there s always a huge selection of beers.
This place has the best burgers in all of San Diego county, possibly even all of California. The bartender, Paddy, is also awesome. Great service, and great food too.

A locals bar with a terrific selection of 20+ taps, great bar food (salad, hummus platter, wings, Philly Cheesesteak, and so much more), great staff, and fun 80's/90's themed food tags (you'll understand once you're there).
I'm a regular for all the right reasons. Come join us at Regal, but shhh... don't tell anybody else.
Hard to find a better place in San Diego. Service is great, plenty of tvs too. Constantly rotating draft beer board so you can always find something on tap. Chicken wings are the best around and my go to but the brats are awesome as well. They also have mini corn dogs, because this place is that cool. Enjoy!
I have been LOVING football season with Regal Seagull's wings. I'm from Buffalo and their wings are the best I've had in San Diego. Can't wait to be able to watch games again in public and with good food & drinks. I will be here!
This is doubtless one of the coolest restaurants in the area. Whenever I visit this place I am very pleased. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.
