Very Unprofessional place. Never get any calls back for appointments. The only good thing about this place is the iop support groups and the Doctor, Michael Steelman. Waiting lists for everything and most of the staff are very rude and act as if you are the scum of the earth. Very sad for people trying to get help.
I was on Medicaid and didn t have to pay a dime when I started the women s iop. I loved this place. The class I was in was great. I loved my counselors too! I ll be clean for 3 years in August. If you want to get clean... this is the place to go. They give you all the tools you need to fight the battle. If you want to relapse... call someone. Every time. Call someone from your group... supportive family.. friends who want the best for you. This place changed my life. I have my boys back and I will NEVER go back to the life I lived.
GREAT, CARING, and PROFESSIONAL staff. All my needs were addressed in a timely manner. Never met a staff so friendly and willing to help.
I went in to the Phoenix center today and met the sweetest lady as my counselor, Paige Elliott thank you for making today stress-free and I really felt like everyone here had it all together and sincerely wanted to help me ! Thanks Phoenix Center !! Great job !!
I was at the Phoenix Center for just alittle over 2 yrs never once had a problem here. I was in the MAT program that helped me immensely with my drug addiction along with doing classes which I graduated from and I continued with class even after I graduated just for ongoing support. I have the same counselor as I did while attending the Phoenix Center and she is amazing!! I just had to change rehabilitation centers for my own personal reasons but I highly, highly recommend the Phoenix Center to anyone who has drug addiction or other issues in which they can help with there. Thank you soooo much to all the staff and doctor's here at the Phoenix Center y'all all do an amazing awesome job!!! Thank you for helping me to get clean and sober, I still am by the way!! Going on 3 year's clean all thanks to myself for wanting it first and for Y'all's help and resources and support secondly!! Thank y'all sooooo much!!!! Much love and God bless you all there at the Phoenix Center!!
Phoenix Detox Center is a great place to start a new beginning. The outside appearance of the building is nothing like what you will see inside. Very clean and Sanitary. The staff is so nice and will do everything in there power to accommodate your stay. Two televisions. Movies, games. Help sessions,. Large rooms with dressers. Private bathrooms. Three meals a day with snacks available all the time. Vending machine ( extra drinks or candies, chips(1 dollar bill or change)) other than what's free.
I want to shout out to all the staff (some more than others). THANK YOU, THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Few of the staff members are great.
Facility does NOT follow covid-19 guidelines, they are awful with communication, and they can, and will do anything possible to drain your pockets. Absolutely do not recommend.
My experience with this place has been quite limited and wasteful.
I try to remain objective but it s hard after being treated as a joke when inquiring about services. The individual that answers the phone is the least bit of helpful and is rude. When I asked her direct questions, she would deviate and answered the question with a question as if my question was not good enough to be answered. After asking 4-5 questions and getting no responses other than 4-5 questions, I let her know that was not helpful.
She was not gathering further information but rather suggesting that I had not done what I already informed her that I had done and causing frustration further resulting in a clearly redundant conversation.
I asked her if there was anybody else that could assist or answer my questions but she continued on as if I said nothing. Eventually I hung up after telling her she was no help. It didn t make sense.
For a facility to be in business to help, they re are not helpful and seem to be ignorant on many level. Maybe it is just the staffing but if that is first line of individuals that encounter the public, that s a cause for great concern.
From a professional who works in substance use disorder, I used to hear good things from here, and have experienced helpful staff in the past. Now, it seems like their focus is money, and making decisions based on who/what they can get away with charging instead of proper and helpful treatment or referral. $$$ is #1 priority here. Only use them if its your only option.
This is a wonderful place that choose s to hlp people better their lives.Every one is caring and professional. The staff is also very knowledge able in treating addiction. Thank you for your wonderful services. They helped save my life
