We hope that the next problem will be resolved, with each item the seller adds 6 euros to shipping costs. If a buyer now orders 5 items from the same seller, he will pay 5 x 6 euro shipping = 30 euro! While everything goes into one package, how does TNC think it will solve this ???

I thought to sell certain items through this site until I read that they work with mango pay in Luxembourg, really not ideal. If they decide to work with Paypal in the future then I will consider it.

Really a great solution, sustainable clothing and TNC gives fantastic service and has an extensive offer.

A worthless company that does not understand things and people light up with a huge amount of shipping costs (are implemented in the price, so there is a lot on the website that it is free shipping but if you buy three items, you pay 18 euros in shipping costs ). In addition, they sell fake items, they do not respond to e-mails, do not keep their own terms and conditions and you never know when your items are finally online. Completely scammers with very little knowledge. Never again!

I have not been here. The Next Closet is a website for clothing from good brands that you can resell. This way you remove good clothing from the waste stream. Very good concept of helping the environment and getting nice clothes at the same time. Prices depend on the brand and item. I already bought several items and I was pleased with all of them. Sometimes it looks new but keep in mind it's still second hand, although some come with the original label and price tag.
Read very good the comments of the person who sells the item. Some pictures are very good and the item looks OK but the discription tells a fault or little damage.

Ordered a few times and arrived in good condition, only the last time I bought a Michael Kors bag and never received it, after several emails that I did not receive an answer but called to the next closet, the customer service told me that I have the same week my money would get back. Unfortunately now a week later and still nothing on my account. Very disappointing this, also because there is hardly any response to your mails or chats. I get the impression that it does not interest them and that you can stay behind your money yourself. Perhaps I should take other steps.

My experiences with the Next Closet have always been great. They always answer any questions and are very friendly and there's never been an issue with the quality of the items I've received, and I know they are thorough when checking the items that are put to sell. Would highly recommend, nothing like Vestiaire Collective who treats their customers and sellers really bad, the Next Closet is the opposite, offering benefits for buyers and sellers to encourage them.

I have been scammed by The Next Closet !! I bought a dress with the supposition to return it. Turns out to be impossible at all because from the category "Do it Yourself". Whatever this means ...
This is absolutely not (clearly) on the site. So I feel badly scammed. The dress was no less than 70, - !!! I will not spend such an amount if I'm not sure if the dress fits well? Ridiculous !! Bad company with a nice philosophy ..... what a disappointment!

Very satisfied, people sometimes complain about the prices but what they don't know is that they have to hand over 7 shipping and 20% to TNC.

I ordered a designer sweater and dress. Fast delivery and the products were satisfied as described.

Super bad company with bad staff who do not know what to do.
I was there with a bag to sell.
According to them, it was not original.
While I just bought m in the store.
They wanted a voucher then they could.
If you need a piece of paper to authenticate a bag, you do not know anything about designer items.
So I would say find another company because they also ask 40%. What is very much.
According to them, something was wrong with the Ofzo label. But they were not sure.
So the bag was fake but if I have bon there is a real one. Haha I am not. Have gone back. Because I do not want to do business with people who understand what they are doing.

Beautiful, quite unique designer shoes with a 70% discount compared to the new price. If I want a beautiful designer piece, I always check TNC. Have bought beautiful stuff before! Very worthwhile and it is also more sustainable. Why buy something new if you can?
