Ordered a few times and arrived in good condition, only the last time I bought a Michael Kors bag and never received it, after several emails that I did not receive an answer but called to the next closet, the customer service told me that I have the same week my money would get back. Unfortunately now a week later and still nothing on my account. Very disappointing this, also because there is hardly any response to your mails or chats. I get the impression that it does not interest them and that you can stay behind your money yourself. Perhaps I should take other steps.
