Dr. Primomo was wonderful. Very personable, professional, caring and honest. I highly recommend him as a physician. His office staff, however, were not so great. I had read some negative reviews about the staff before scheduling my appointment but I figured that everyone has a bad day so I decided to give them a try anyway. It all started when I called to schedule my appointment. The woman I spoke with was rude, short and abrupt. But, I still decided to continue. When I visited the office I wasn't greeted when I walked in, nobody ever smiled (except the doctor) and the medical assistant was rude and condescending. The final straw for me was when I went to check out. The woman was on a personal phone call so she asked me to have a seat. I sat down to wait on her. About 3 minutes later she was on the computer and I assumed she was pulling up my record to check me out and schedule my next appointment. No, she was searching for vacation homes and commenting about the prices and getting other staff members to look at pictures of the different rooms. I ended up just walking out and refuse to schedule another appointment. It's a shame because this wonderful physician has probably lost a lot of potential patients due to his awful office staff.

First of all, Dr. Primomo is fantastic! As a surgeon he's great and his bedside manners are just as wonderful! He did my very successful gastric bypass January 2016. However, seeing him for any sort of check up or issue now is very difficult.

Billing issues began as soon as they moved from UT Physicians to Memorial Hermann. His office staff is completely clueless and disorganized- they verified my insurance and told me my insurance doesn't cover bariatric surgery. Um, I already had it, not looking for it again. They finally scheduled me for a phone visit (a very unpleasant phone call as the scheduling staff was extremely rude), and I was to self pay out of pocket (even though he's in network and my insurance company told me that I'm covered). But then his office canceled my appointment and rescheduled it a week earlier without informing me, so I missed that appointment and now I have to wait weeks longer to speak with him on the phone.

I had gastoric sleeve surgery over 9 years ago thanks to The Davis Clinic I lost over 125lbs my lowest weight was 144 I'm at 155.

My husband had gastric sleeve with Dr. Kajese and she is such a wonderful person and Dr. She is extremely smart, super professional, and makes you feel comfortable through out the entire process. We had No bad experience with the staff or anybody. Everyone was super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. We couldn't be happier with everything and we are glad we went to the Davis Clinic and that Dr. Kajese was our doctor. Highly recommend her!!!

The staff is nice and accommodating while you are physically at the clinic. However, it's very difficult to get phone calls through; get returned phone calls; appointments; information, etc.

Dr Garth Davis has given me back my reason for believing in myself by his saying -you can do this and I'm here to help you. Thank you Dr. Garth Davis.

The clinic doctors are horrible, especially Dr. Primomo he is very uncaring and do not listen to his patients always making a joke about their health. If anyone is considering this place for a surgical procedure please do some
research on You tube. Theirs some unwanted complications that came up after surgery. Dr. Primomo did not go over any details information about possible health issues after surgery. I would not trust this doctor.

So let me start off by saying Angela king you are the best!!!! You always answer my call and be patient with me. You are awesome

Dr Primomo was terrific. He was attentive to all my questions before and after my surgery. He did a fantastic job on my surgery and I recommend him for gastric surgery. Thank you Dr Primomo for everything you did for me.

My experience with the clinic before and after my operation has been 5 stars! Dr Garth is a true professional and I felt completely at ease with him performing the operation. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I made my decision to have WLS surgery on the reputation of the surgeons, particularly Dr. Robert Davis. I recommend the clinic to others for that reason PLUS the really great all-around program they have that stresses all aspects of weight loss. The staff is wonderful, super friendly and efficient, They don't waste your time. I never waited more than a few minutes for any appointment.

Dr.P is awesome!!!! Buy his staff.....no better yet his office manager is awful. She is very unprofessional and made my whole experience with this clinic bad. She decided to help me on my first day with my insurance requirements and didn't bother to tell me that Dr.P does not work with my insurance for the surgery, I had done Egd, psych eval and all the nutrition classes. But lost everything at the end because she refused to return my calls and actually help me. Her name is Deborah and she is the office manager.

I absolutely love Dr. Primomo and Dr. Scheffler! They are both very helpful and answer all questions thoroughly. The whole staff is excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing bariatric surgery. I travel nearly 6 hours to see them, but the distance is definitely worth it for the care they provide!!

I had my gastric sleeve over 3years ago and I have managed to gain 10 pounds and then I loose it. I started off as a size 24 and now I am a size 10/12. Dr. Primomo was the best and Naomi is the brain of his office. They are a powerful and compassionate team.

Dr primomo is the best he did my surgery it was he is very friendly and attentive to your needs and care I give you the fist bump you are my favorite Dr always for the cooper family

IF you can get through to the doctors they are wonderful. You couldn't ask for better more compassionate caring physicians. The staff not so much. Biggest complaint - they don't answer phones. If you call in for an appointment, etc., expect to spend anywhere from 15/20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. They don't! Once you actually get in and see the staff talking among themselves you will see why the phone is not answered. Its very frustrating. I adore Dr. Garth otherwise I would have been gone as a patient long ago. Don't judge doctors by the staff.

Dr Kajese and the staff at the Davis Clinic is amazing. I love going and visiting them. I enjoy my doctor/patient visit.
She did an amazing job with my surgery. My situation wasn't easy at all.
She had to do an emergency removal of my lapband, it was turned, in which it twisted my stomach. Making this difficult for me to actually sit down and eat, and it was painful.
And then I needed repairing a few things that were caused by the band, before proceeding with the gastric bypass.

My stay in the hospital was amazing as well, the nursing staff were so amazing and caring.

I highly recommend Dr Kajese if anyone is looking for repairs, removals and or the gastric bypass.

Dr. Robert Davis is the best. He's going to tell it like it is. He gives you the tool needed to be productive in life; all you have to do is use it.

wonderful weight loss clinic! they not only help you before surgery but after with their many support groups. if you are not sure about surgery, the docs also have a non surgical program. Dr. Garth Davis has helped me turn around my life and help me learn how to eat "clean". I have and always will recommend this clinic!
